Yeah, i was busy removing my bits when 2 guys turned up and removed the window switch surround. I was too slow myself. They said they saw it on this forum. That car is going to be torn to pieces in the next few weeks!

Welcome dude You sure picked a great city to move to. Gold coast is awesome. Soon you will have many friends and maybe a few hotties ( preferably in bekini's and not mankini's ). Anyway, enjoy yourself, i sure you will find some good spots to hang out. Also, Gold coast is sometimes a hotspot for defect cops. Just make sure your car is legal and you won't have any problems.

Hey all I built my IEBC, fitted and tuned it. I have been running it for ten days. Awesome! I have low setting on 9 psi and high 13 psi. Both curves are almost perfect. The best thing is fuel consumption. I have a new record 538 km from my last tank. Previous best 530 km. I suppose more boost and less revs to make power. Excellent. Just built dfa and will fit and tune in next week.

Bad luck dude, i feel for you. I hope they catch the guys responsible. A lesson to us all, pay your insurance and check your alarms and clublocks are in order.

Hello everyone! Foamer, i think you do a good job. I for one could not do what you do. I have given this topic some thought away from my pc while at work. These blokes took the time to arm themselves with a knife, probably plan to use it to hurt someone. They were not on their way to a cut flower arranging class. They then approached a motorist, more than likely threatened to kill or hurt him with knife unless he gave them the car. I doubt whether they were pleasant during this process. They then made another decision to drive away in the car, speeding and driving all over the place. They hit a truck and died. Many wrong decisions in a row. Not an accident like "oops i slipped into your car with a knife". My point is it takes alot to pull something like this off. Instead of say planning to go to a mates and play cricket, get a part time job to save for a car etc. Bad characters with bad luck.

Good guys 2- bad guys 0! How many times do you read about drunks or people stoned killing innocent people on the roads? I come from a place where carjacking is a national sport, i don't wish death on anyone, i think they lived dangerously and it was only a matter of time.

I have built the IEBC and halfway through hand controller, wasn't that hard. I'm having trouble finding bits of info that are scattered all across these 46 pages. I'm sure i'll get there, it will just take a bit longer. Thanks again.

Congratulations on your purchase! I have a 33 gtst with mild mods, i love it. I'm in the process of organising an air fuel adjuster so i can get a little more power but mostly for better economy. I love my car and i'm sure you will too. Welcome and enjoy!
