Thank you very much. It means a lot - I tried a few new things, will take some practise to get right every time - but I am pretty stoked with how it came out! Hopefully next time I can be a driver too. ._. Edit: I should thank you for giving me a reason to take photos! Your car was something else... All of you guys, crazy beasts. Even if the car wasn't 'all that' - you definitely drove it interestingly.

There were alternative ways back down the mountain kids - away from the cops. I personally wasn't too happy about going back that way anyway, my brakes wouldn't have been too happy. Gladly someone knew another way down which was far better than ~6 hairpins and steep declines. Was a good day out though, a bit messy at times but a great day.

I don't know where you're getting 100+ from - our official list is less than 90 at the moment, minus a few that have dropped out or will. Anyway, public roads, everyone is fair game. I wouldn't risk it if I were you, perzn_34. Hitch a ride with someone else.

Hard rubbish time? I'm at the stage of deciding how to make it a girls only forum - any way it happens it won't be foolproof. But I can try. ._.

For the most part, this cruise was organised by Jess (Jesss14 on here) over at VIC's (Victorian Import Club's) forums. Due to the success of this event we'll probably be opening up a girls only forum, in which only girls may post. As you can imagine, it will be heavily moderated and we will see how things go. Big props to Jess for organising all of this. I'll talk to you soon. (Send me a PM if I forget... )

I've been on cruises before - but at least we have that many people that know about it and have expressed a strong expression of their interest, enough to say that they want to come. The more we have saying they want to come, in theory, means the more attendees we have. Even if we lose 30 we still have a very decent amount. And it's not exactly like we need 200 cars on the cruise, as long as we have a good day out and enjoy the drive and each other's company then it's a good cruise in my mind.

On our forums the count is now up to around 85.

And then you wonder why more girls don't come around the car enthusiast scene...

The mods here are to enforce rules - not stop guys from posting in a girls only cruise thread. Understandably there is a lot of crap in here though. Perhaps a PM from the OP to a friendly mod wouldn't go astray. Best of luck with the cruise girls. You've done well to get as far as you have on our forums.

Got home in time to avoid hail hitting me, unfortunately my car stays outside. It already has hail damage though from previous owner(s), so now the dents have friends no doubt.

A white classic (GC8) Impreza, not WRX. With a canon. Girl in passenger seat, heaps of shit in the back seat (not that you would have been able to see, probably...). I was following Ash's white R34 which was further up, I don't think you caught up to him though.
