  1. we're not talking averages though...gaming is flat stick on gpu, cpu and fans...
  2. my pc uses 3 case fans, the psu fan running, watercooling pump, and 2 external fans on the radiator. The psu is a 550W antec jobbie + a 20" widescreen, so a couple more newer pcs would blow the power usage right up...
  3. lowmount = better centre of gravity Edit/ for a race car where everything helps...etc etc...
  4. If cubes hasnt raped it completely id throw it into mine before i sell off all my gear for the new top secret project
  5. id say r34 rb25 highflow... Not keen on tackling the braided lines after the last comedy of errors eh Tangles?

Id make my own noises...the other 1/2 already says i do Id like to try one of them tesla cars out...
  7. fronts are just same as z32
  8. cubes and i are running an rb25 cometic gasket with our r32 rb25de heads.... I wish there was a sticky or document with all the right info on this shit, to stop ppl asking the same damn questions and others giving half answers.... OH WAIT - CUBES HAS A GUIDE
  9. lmao...
  10. there are heaps of choices...3.5, 3.7, 3.9 4.08, 4.11, 4.3 etc.. as long as they are all r200 meh 3.9 is my vote for rb30det ( i know the pain of short gears with the 3lt )
  11. here here....wheres a 42" widescreen when u need one
  12. i think its more an issue of privacy. Ive said in the past i dont want anyone posting here or anywhere else they may have seen me as i am a paranoid prick. If u go posting where my car is on the forum and my car gets stolen from that location i wouldnt be too f**n happy... People have the right here to say if they want their usual hangabouts (is that a word ) publicised on a public forum...violation of privacy etc etc...depends on the individual.... he has the right to his own opinion, so leave it at that dont flame him for it (which far too many people are frikking keyboard warriors these days) get away from the pc and worry about yourselves for a change.... /end rant
  13. Ive posted about this in the past and got shot down by people...go back to near the start of this thread. Posting locations where ppl park on a daily basis is a real threat more so than a car that is parked in a shopping centre which would be a joyride threat.
  14. cubes and my rb25de head cc'd up around 62
  15. lmao...thats funneh
  16. Ps3 technology is old nowdays... It is easier to move the console, but when can u get 2+ mates to hook it up and lan games or over the net? I regularly pack my pc to take with me over the weekends (which i un pack too) so say 2 times a week EVERY week. Its not hard at all, or time consuming. I had a mate come over for a lan, which took all of 3 mins to get setup...
  17. haha....my mate just finished building one out of an old torana chassis, which has been chopped down. Its got a welded diff, with the tailshaft chopped down to like 50cm. Oh yer and its powered by a 202...thing is nuts cos itll do top speed what a 202 can do 180km/h :S
  18. I guarantee all home mechanics who re fit exhaust studs overtighten the nuts.
  19. lol...i did mine with the motor out the car so it was a tad easier Nothing an extension and swivel socket cant fix...
  20. this is a lil bit wrong, with a good example being the exhaust studs on the manifold. If u do it with a torque wrench u will fin it takes bugger all to get to the required specs. If u do it by hand u will over-tighten the nuts guaranteed. Which is why all RBs end up with snapped studs on the exhaust manifold....
  21. un pick the old one, cut out the shape and re sew (or get yer nanna to do it fer ya )
  22. are u running a gated sump? It prolly starved of oil then spun a bearing which clogged the oil pump
  23. Jazza my 550cc rx7 injectors are as good as ANY 550cc injectors, and do the job the same as any other one would. Merlin they are difficult to tune with ONLY when remapping the STD ecu. Not an issue on PFC. People say they run poorly on skylines because because of the spray pattern. They are designed for a rotor. Mine are in, and are tuned. NO idle issues, poor economy etc AT ALL. They get 10Lt per 100kms, and are no different to any other injector.
