Yer but where exactly do you mean grab it Duncan? Ive got new tensioner bearings (i run two on the 3Lt) and a new belt (although it is the rb30det belt) and it has a whoop whopp noise as well. Most nticable on cold starts, but there some other times as well. Ive heard of a few rb25's that have the same thing, but the weird thing is nothing is wrong -they are all tensioned and setup properly, just noisy.

Do u think anyone on here would even be as stupid enough as to rip off other members or non members cars? im not being defensive, just i take *some* offence to someone who comes on a public forum where everyone at least knows everyone and posts a comment like i quoted above.

Mate for starters i think i can safely say that it is NO ONE ON HERE. Good way to make a few friends by accusing someone on here of being a thief, just because we all own skylines. U posted this on ns.com did u not? Did u accuse any of them? U got his plates, and everyone knows everyone so leave it at that without accusations.

Shaun owns a datalogit. He prefers to use the hc as its faster for him. Using the lappie is personal preference and is no different to using the hc. It just enables us to data log, and change a few other settings when u run out of resolution etc... Its about consistency. Dont go from one dyno to another and expect it to read the same. Shauns dyno is know to read lower than others. -

Where i used to work break ins were a school holiday event... Once someone caught the guys, and we chased them. Cops were called, and arrived as the chase was still on. They were thankful we were there to help, and someone asked them if we could "rough them up" a bit if we caught them.. The policeman replied "No" while shaking his head

YES!! i would love to know how to do simple fibreglass repair to get it to the paint stage... Ive got 2 parts that need fixing / painitg, so it could save me BIG. Ive done fibreglassing at tafe, but no repair / prep work... Even just guide how how to do small dent fixes etc would help everyone

did u turn the motor over once with each plug out to blow crap that might be left in there out of each bore? A piece of spark plug could cause pre ignition if its inside the camber... When i pulled apart my old motor it had small bits of crap floating inside, ontop of each piston...

Cubes has his Pfc fixed by force electronics (here in Adelaide) so they would be able to fix the hand controller no probs. Im suprised your mate cant fix (or doesnt want to ) but any -good- electronics place should be able to fix it.... Have u seen the controllers with blue led's in them...looks good i think nice mod i might do one day

Ive got steering rack bushes in mine Roy Old ones were shagged (fell apart as i ripped em out) Fulcrum suspension do it - Part # SPF2492K (Steering rack Mount Bush Kit) Polyurethane ones Tie rod ends i got from Pedders - $32 each for the fronts (12mm or 14mm thread size). They have rear as well. If u want, i can grab you some tie rod ends and send em to you if u cant find em local.
