i have a hr31 gts 4 door pillarless, blew my last nics engine, now in the process of putin an rb25det into it

sorry if this has already been covered but here goes. im going to be puttin a rb25det into my hr31 gts 4 door, and just wondering, i already have my 3 inche exhaust form my last engine in it, which is 3 inche form the dump pipe. would this suit the rb25det nicely? or would a bigger exhaust be better?. also how much of a power gain can i expect of getin a 3 inche stainless steel dump pipe made from the turbo? would it be louder? sorry about all the questions

got an rb20det nics wrecking, minus turbo and manifold. and ecu/loom at this stage got a tccs works type 3 blow off value as well, not asking much, sounds great!!!

wanting an rb20det silvertop , or even a redtop, minus turbo, wuld prefer it to have ecu , loom and afm, wuld prefer under 150,000km as well melbourne only

hey mate, im interested in an r32 rb20det silvertop engine with loom ecu and afm , but minus turbo, if u culd get me a price on that i wuld appreciate it, or even a price on an r32 halfcut with that combo

i am very interested in these pinapples!! i got my hr31 gts pilarless and it axel tramps badly!!! the bush on the bak of my diff(i think its claed a bush thats what i was told) that is between the petrol tank and the diff, the rubebr bit is broken, and im getin that repaired and see if it stil does it after that if it does ill get these pinapples for sure!

thats bad man, i failed mine by 8db i just put on a pea shooter and i stil got 88db!!! mayb just get another muffler and put it on or b nice to em and make em pass u

ok just wanting people opinions. ive got a hr31 4 door pillarless turbo, and ive got a problem, when the car looses traction it seems to shudder/thump abit (makes the bak end jumpy)(its abit hard to explain) and when i change gears as i let go of the clutch it tends to thump a little as it goes into gear. i cheked my tailshaft a day ago, didnt fuly take it off but the rubber part in the middle seems to be very brittle and falling apart. what culd it be? my tailshaft gone? my diff? my clutch? my gearbox? opinions please thanx =]

yeh, i was told just to try it when it was cold to see if it wuld happen and it didnt, i always let the car warm up to opertating temp, probably in the next week or so ill get a full service of everythign and see what hapens form there, i appreciate the help guys thanx heaps!

yeh boost is still stok as a rock, exhaust is my only mods, and when car is cold and i try hammer it, it wont missfire

ive got a gts pillarless r31, runin the niccs rb20det and im havin the same prob! as son as i put the new 3 inche exhaust form turbo , i was get missfires at about 4-6 grand, very anoying at times! ill try cleaning injectors, getin a full tune up, and adjustment of the afm, hopefuly i fix the prob =/

mine was a 1987 ti, dumped on its arse, with exhaust , pod filter and head work. ended up loosing it cumin out of a round about was headed for a massive tree but ended up hitin a nice old brik wall
