  1. I found this on the http://rvcs-prodweb.dot.gov.au/sevs/336-02.htm It says that it can, but I have read the problems that some of the other guys had. I'm sure it will be posted up once it gets through
  2. Sorry to drag up an old thread, but does anyone have more info on whether the 3.5 N/A can be complied or not yet. I remember reading someone was looking to get the compliance for them, but haven't heard since. Also can't find anything on the forum. Cheers
  3. That’s my dilemma, do I buy an AR-X and go to the hassle of lowering it, colour code the moldings and maybe upgrade the front to look like the AXIS. Or just be done with it and buy the AXIS? Still haven’t decided…..
  4. I did a few searches and found some Tein options, but none list the AR-X only the 250RX & RS along with the 350 AXIS. All the model numbers are the same, so is too much to assume that the AR-X will be able to use this suspension aswell?
  5. I thought there was an issue with the HICAS or something like that?? Not sure as it is all early days in the research for me. I like the AR-X as they have all the options that we (wife & I) are after, but after driving one I agree they need to be lowered which is why I wanted the AXIS model. I also like the fact that the AXIS already has a colour coded moldings & body kit. So my plan was to buy an AR-X and then lower it, colour code the side moldings and maybe get the AXIS body kit. For lowering, is there another option outside of the Bilstein kit as I imagine this would be hard to source. What are your thoughts in terms of cost? Which would work out cheaper buying an AR-X & making the changes or an AXIS? Thanks for your info so far! Cheers
  6. Thanks for that we're in the process of selling one car to place an order for either an AR-X with the twin sunroof's & the 8 airbag option for safety & then lowering it (I did read that there were some concerns with lowering the AR-X so this is option 2) or waiting for an AXIS model with the twin sunroof's and all the bells & whistles. It will take some time to find either of these cars with reasonable km's and in good condition, so I will need to be patient. Cheers Sean.
  7. Hey Guys, What is the difference between the NM35 & M35? Is it that the the NM is 4wd? Cheers Sean
  8. Sorry guys fixed the m34 thing to c34 If I had an extra $20,000 odd grand (on top of the $30,000) to spend the ultimate would be a 3.5l m35 axis stagea with a twin turbo kit like what they put on the 350z's, plus a bit spent on the driveline to keep everything going..
  9. Considering a M35 with a 2.5 turbo engine with AWD leather, dual sunnies etc, most likely auto (About $30,000). Like the interior and exterior but would prefer the performance of a 2.6TT and a manual or M34 either an Autech with a skyline front or converting a RS4 model with a RB2.6 manual conversion . Like the performance, but the styling for the interior is starting to date. Along with the age of the car. What's everyone opinion?
  10. Thanks Leon.t, I've tried Sam's number a few times but have not got a response back. I also have a contact number for a workshop in Brunswick, hopefully I can have more luck with them. Cheers Sean
  11. Hey Guys, I have a brant AA02 system that was fitted to the car about 4 years ago. It played up a few times and stopped the car, whilst I driving . Now the car won't start at all. I'm 100% sure it is the alarm as when I moved some of the wires to the module it would allow the car to start again. What I'm after is a recommendation for either someone to replace the current module, or replace it with a beter one that will last! Live in Melbourne (Moonee Ponds) Installers or recommendations of good installer would be appreciated!! Cheers Sean
