Most of the time you will find those preworkout supplements will increase blood pressure and generally if you are going to do max weights on low reps (6-8) you may find you feel sick, dizzy or end up passing out... I used to have red bull before workouts, started vomiting halfway through workouts, as soon as I stopped it I went back to normal... IMO all preworkout stuff is rubbish and if anything puts you more at risk when training. If you want that extra rep or 2 or some extra weight added on, have creatine post workout- it actually works - as long as you have about 2L of water a day....

I got better fuel consumption when my car was converted to turbo with all the factory turbo bits then I did when it was n/a... motor doesn't have the turbo helping it get up to speed/under load etc... should be 300-400 a tank... do a full tank on 98, not 95 or 91, that will make a difference too...

Hey Keieran, been a while Why not start saving up for turbo bits now? when are you planning to turbo it? thing is, for injectors you need ecu, dont think u can use factory turbo injectors and factory turbo ecu and plug straight in and it will run fine for now ( I could be wrong though) and then if you get a powerfc for eg with new injectors you will pay for a tune that wont really make much diff and you will have to pay for another tune down the track after turboing it.... I would just start saving for turbo bits...
