what about the auxilary air control? was that taken off when polished? not sure how 34's go... but in 33's it is at the back of plenum (towards the firewall) and it lets in a small amount of air when idle (so the car doesnt stall when the throttle is closed) via a screw.... maybe you can just hear that because its clean now? or whats the condition of the gasket of it?

Thought I may add in my 2 cents... 1. There are s1 gts4's.... mine is an example... 2. There is a real advantage in a gts4 over gts's and gtst's, that being that they arent a comon version of the skyline at all, especially in 33 form. My car is turboed and I have been pulled over a number of times, the cops allways start trying to throw power to weight figures at me about too much power per ton so they can give me a 200 dollar fine..... but as soon as I say its a gts4 not a gtst, they go whats that.... I explain the car is awd (like the gtr) so heavier, they go back to their little hand book of common hoon car specs to do the conversion and it always comes out fine because my car is not on their list...... so even though it is more powerful then what is legal, because they dont have the offical specs on the vehicle, they cannot prove it. 3. It is really handy to have attessa helping you out when you need, and I also have a 4wd torque split controller, which basiclly allows me to decide how much power I want delivered to the front and rear... wheather it be 5% front and 95% rear like stock, right up to 50-50%. 4. Im off my p's in about 4 months, I am starting to save up to drop in a 26 (or forge) havent decided yet... but what I do know is that if I want to drop in a 26, its much easier then in a gtst. Adam

Im turning 21 in about 4-5 months... iv already been thinking what I wana doo... sumthing roughly like go on a pub crawl with about 10 close mates, go play a little at crown and get then a room at crown for the end of the night.... so my point of this was just to say spend some cash! were only 21 once! dw if its a little pricey, for a first time u will probably love every second of it and not even think about money! hope it goes well!

thanks ryan, its all in except for plugging in the solenoid and teeing the pressure line. i'll try to get it tuned in the next few weeks and if I can't, happy to do it with ya also.. no I didnt change the manifold either... so its still an n/a manifold... and I guess I didnt imagine that there can be issues teeing it off the fuel stuff... so apart from the stock boost gauge sender(which I dont have) where else should I be going off? TO4gtr... your talking about the small line that comes off the top right of the throttle body yeh?

Thanks very much mate, really handy... 1 thing though, I may have a few differences to a normal turbo setup as I added a turbo to this engine? ... obveously I dont have a factory boost guage so I don't know where you guys get your signals by default. one final thing. you said you tee'd it before the regulator... where is that exactly? cheers

Ditto, absolutely fine... the way I see it, computers are always going to break down and need someone to fix them ( well atleast for the next few years) our company just bought 6 weeks ago 15 brand new comps. The only thing I noticed is the IT budget for the next year is a little lower, but apart from that it is fine. I do have mates that are carpenters though, that from full time work have been cut back to 3 days a week

Hey guys, just a quicky, Ive installed my Gizzmo ms-ibc boost controller, but I havent cut a line yet to run the pressure off. The manuel says to get it from the fuel pressure regulator line (i.e the line sticking out of the plenum to the fuel rail), but I have heard that this can be dangerous if something goes wrong with the fuel pressure? maybe I just dreamt this? The manuel also says not to get it from the bov... but thats where I have been getting my boost gauge readings from and that has been accurate. I already confronted you about the power this car makes in a previous thread and you make another and quickly change your responses in the other thread about some garrett turbo. wheres the dyno sheet to prove? which dyno did you go to? what turbo you running? because I cant see any big turbo in those engine pics... do you have upgraded injectors/afm/fuel pump/fuel regulator/computer to make 260rwkw? if not your not running that much power. you have mentioned an exhaust, intercooler, pod and boost controller...... maybe enough to make a little under 200rwkw... and you know, 260rw HP is equal to about ~190rw KW... which seems more likely. tell us your mods, show us your dynos before you say power figures.

never ever had a problem with mine, and Ive had a few poor man's tyres..... and I have a 4wd controller to set how much percentage of power to front and rear and still no problems.... luckie, do u have a gts4?

man.... we all have our missfortunes! sucks dude. gl with getting it fixed... my one: bout a year ago a sh*thead on a year 12 muck up day rant threw an egg at my car while I was driving passed, it got right on the apex of the passenger: bottom of the door, rear quater panel and side skirt and chippped all around it. I slammed on the brakes, he started running with another 2 mates,i threw a 180 and fanged and caught up to them, grabbed him, asked him why he did it, he denied the whole thing. I muscled him up until he gave me his details.... his eye was pretty bad 2 days later when I picked up $600 from him to pay for the spray job. btw, im only 20 now, so it wasent like some 26 year old dude picking on a 17 year old guy, I was only 19
