  2. wot does it do? somehow permanetly cool your internals? or is it something that allows heat to escape better?
  3. looks mint mate, Well done!
  4. BUT you know the absolute worst thing about this guys and gals? The fact that people on the road who know nothing about us naturally associate us with those sorts of people and mentality.
  5. suburban drifter, perhaps you should mention which turbo you are referring to and the mods you have, so maybe someone with similar parts might be able to give you an educated guess instead of people being sarcastic.
  6. hehehe... if you want showers and all the rest at your convenience, have a look at some camping stores or even kmart if your on the cheaper side.. . they have these units that you attach to the side of your car door, poor water into and stand under and let the valve go and comes down like a shower... you can get a unheated or heated version... im just thinking if you get unheated how much of a snow man you would look like after a shower! Adam
  7. and a hoooooooooooole bunch of cash
  8. I would have thought plugs aswell... if your sus of your coils then take each one out and check for any wear and tear... but if there was a crack or weak point in the plastic I would have thought missfiring at higher rpm would have happend.. not just an overall performance loss... speaking of which.. wot is the difference? not hitting into boost as hard? not as responsive under the throttle?
  9. location bud? and wots the condition of your driver's side window switch panel? cheers, Adam
  10. hold up.. I thought this stuff is to break into cars or sumthing? why is this moron trying to sell keygens and rubish?
  11. motul 10w 40 ftw! turbo loves it!
  12. mmm.. thats right just get a z32... if you have the money to get to 300rwkw safely(im assuming your after) then you definetly can afford a z32... or are you putting every last cent into a new turbo or forgy engine ?
  13. hey bud, Im not going to give you lectures about being a twit or anything.... but i will say that these guys do know what they are talking about and if you do what they say they will be alot more willing to help you out.. anyway back on the the issue...... I have 230kw atw because I have dynoed my car.. I have a tr43 attached to my engine... i was popping and missfiring all around the higher revs (but I was only at roughly 200 back then) got some new injectors and afm chucked in.. has worked a treat, cars now at 230 and we are only at 14 psi... going to put the boost up soon and look at around 250-260+ what i could see at 200kw is the symptoms you are describing... but I had an apexi power fc and commander which incase you dont know is an aftermarket computer that replaces and controls all of your car's engine electronics with the ability to monitor and adjust lots of crucial information about your engine. it said that after 5000rpm the engine was becoming unstable with low level detonation-(kills skyline engines really well) and my afm and injectors were both reading at 100% so the engine couldn't continue through the rev range. the other two things that pop into mind is: 1. you didn't mention if you have an aftermarket fuel pump... if you do believe it to be a fuel prob and not injector issue then that would be the first thing i would check... that would be a way to help make sure the injectors always have some juice to suck. 2. you say you are going to do a major service using $25 plugs? I am telling you this now to go and spend that money on your missus or someone you care about.. cuz they dont do squat.. I had some ngks.. decided to lash out on platnums... opened them up... saw how small the conductor was.. decided to still give them a try... missfired all over the place... its written all over these forums.. dont put them in.. your probs will just get worse. Finally.. throw out that fpr ! Adam
  14. well.. mine was a little different to everyones else's..due to being a gts4 I had to find the 2 front complete arms off a gtr (not easy to come by) i already had a full set of gtst calipers ready and some stock rotors... so I didnt need much else... except for just some simplye gtst rear hubs.... that way I did the full 5 stud conversion and brake upgrade at the same time... if you were going to do it.. you would need the front hubs (or do what I did which was alot easier and get the complete front arms-apparently made it half the job at the front for the mechanics) rear hubs... rotors... pads.. gtst calipers..brake lines.....brake fluid? thats mainly what comes to mind... adam
  15. just be careful if you do go there.. make sure you do ur research on prices and what to look for interms of wear and tear... I have had a few things done through them before and they are pretty dodgy....occastionally though they are really good on prices if you know what you are looking for. good luck with it.... personally I have done this to my car...if you cant find it for a decent price or decent condition just wait a little... unfortunetly for whatever reason we skyline drivers have a fair few accidents and these parts are almost always for sale in wrecked cars.. adam
  16. hey bud, I got a good set of original R33 GTS wheels with rubber and spare tyres for drifting if you wanted... the fitment is 4*114.3 Im in Melbourne SE suburbs. give me a buzz...0419110110. Cheers, Adam

  21. try the Wanted to buy (WTB) section mate, or look in the for sale whole cars section Also, its not spec 2... its series 2.. i think what your trying to say is a manual R33 Series 2 n/a with a rb25de in it. Adam
  22. I don't know about 32s... but 33 na's I believe have slightly lumpier cams? don't quote me on that though. also, as everyone has already said... compression ratio... not to mention the pistons will be a little bit of a different shape as well... the turbo ones have a lump ontop and the na's are flat..(also from memory)... to be honest... its not worth it.... you will be spending that much money for absolutely 0. if you do do it.... and you don't increase compression and all the rest of the crap... excels will flog you... it may be nice to say you drive a skyline.. but driving it would be horrible! just wait till a good na comes around. you will be much better off... or look at na silvias... 180s.... 200s... dont just limit yourself to one na import cuz there are heaps of other na imports! Adam
  23. Thanks for the advise guys, I got the standard rotors machined, bought all the types of pads you can get at bursons etc... bought the goo.. all still squealing... went to brakes plus in burwood.. they gave me qfm pads and professionally installed em.. ( i watched what they were doing) - everything the same as me......they were ok for the first month.. now they are just shocking... apparently the guys there said the rotors kept glazing over??? due to me being really light on the brakes about 95% of the time... i thought that was a load of crap cuz isnt it better to be light on the brakes? if i were to get some pads tonight from a car parts place... any reccommendations? i await ur pm.... Thanks, Adam
