ok so i was wondering about one of your plenums for my rb25/30 combo the main reason i want one is to solve the bonet clearance issues that the stock intake manifold has. ill be aiming for around 300rwkw and was just after a price and also was wondering does it use the stock throttle body and cable and also where does all the stuff like your acc valve (idle control) and the rest of that stuff go vacume hoses ect thanx in advance i will be looking at getting one in the near future so hope you can help.

ok so my standard clutch isnt likeing my new power level (180rwkw) but this has to be expected as its 14 years old anyways. but my problem is that i am currently in the stages of building an rb25/30 im looking to make about 300rwkw with loads of tourqe and i was going to go with a jim berry (full monty clutch set up the single plate one) but my new motor setup wont be going till about the end of the year. at the moment it just slips at the hint of shifitng harder over about 4000rpm and even jus tnormal driving i cant feel it sliping but every time i stop i can smell it not good. should i just fork out for a jim berry clutch now or wait till my new engines built wil my stocko clutch last till then with easy driving? do any of you have any other sujestions for a clutch that will be up to the task of the new motor set up ? any help would be greatly appreciated

personaly i use meguirs high tech yellow wax its 100% canuba wax and i rekon it works awsome just make shore your done put it on in the sun or on hot panels cos it dryes and is hard to ge toff nice shady areas with cool panels -

thanx psi parts and slim its actually a monkeyware house m-sports kit. im not a fan of the bn sports front bar the holes are way to big. just my opinion

i just looked at the piks of both the m-sprts kit and the Final Konnexion kit and the rear bar and the skirts look identical and the front bar is similar just without the indicator holes basicly. it leads me to belive tha tmaby the m-sports kit is a copy of the Final Konnexion kit.

yes it is very gay to drive and when it happens the 1st time and you dnt no wats happening you freak n think uve broke it good lol cos i did but yeh in my case was just boost leak from silicon hose on fmic

all i can say is search mate there is over 260 pages of usefull imforamtion and dnt say its to long lol i read it all and im glad i did its all the little things that are in it that help you out. rb30det all the way but thats wat im doing

well it might be spark plugs and the rest of it bu tmy car does the exact same thing when it has an intercooler leak from one of the silicon hoses it makes boost but dosnt pull the gauge reads full boost (12psi) it misfires in 1st n 2nd then just realy slow n gay in the higher gears. check to see if all ur hose clamps are tight and stuff i no im no expert but thats wha thappens to my car when its got the same problem as urs

hope it works cos i no it gives me the shits when i starts to run like a rotary or sumpthing tha thas sum huge cams in it lol. but yeh fmic suk for that i thikn its just bad clamps on mine and all the bumps and vibrations on the road. le tme no if it works hope so

well i cant answer your question bu tmy car does this to but i hav an apexi safc and it does it between 500 and 1100 nearly stalls. from what ive noticed is it normaly happens when my intercooler hose clamps are loose maby worth cheking. other wise i have herd that the acc valve gets dirty and gummed up and causes this to happen as well i think its real name is air idel control valve or sompthing around those lines.

well there you go i never new that monkeyware house m-sports kit was a copy and yeh it definalty looks better when its not on an orage car covered in stikers. how come no one likes the front bar i like it cos its different from every other bar arround that ive seen i havnt see one other car on these forums in the photography section with this kit. maby no on elikes it lol o well i do oh and to (sauce) who said i just convinced them to buy this kit i got it threw www.dmdtheimage.com anf it was $1100 with front indicators.

this is my 33 bought it in september 06 and it was as stock as a rock apart from wheels exhaust and lowered springs so hear it is in its current form what do u guys think???

i couldnt tell you whearther they did start all over again but i dought they would have but i will be asking them what took them 8 hours to do because really if i had a dyno it would take about 2 hours tops drive on drive off. i dnt thikn there was any reason that they needed to change 1 spark plug they are just after my money and by the looks of it they got it

well i did ask for a price and they said 70 n hour and couldnt tell me how long it would take, and yeh well i only just put new plugs in it not 2 weeks ago and they wear all gapped at .9mm and i should no i did them. as for the bodykit they hav agreed to fix it they will be doing this on sataday. so thats all good but i still think i got ripped off anf im the stupid one for paying for it the name of the place is called gladstone dyno tune and i will never be going there again i would much rather travel to have my car tuned rather than get charged a rediculous amount for a basic tune.

my scnanner wnt scan it for me n plus its huge but yeh its got a good curve n that just the amount it cos tme for a safc tune is rediculouse but what can you do when you only have 1 tuner in town

well how expensive is dyno time $70 an hour seems a lil bit exy for them to be tuning my apexi safc and not really doing much else at all i dont see why it takes them 8 hours to tune the car and change 1 sprak plug apperantly, but it never needed changing cos i put new plugs in it not 2 weeks ago and set them at .9mm gap they say that the one they pulled out was set to small dnt understnad reallt ehy wear all .9. and its not realy a reputible tuner its just hte only one we have in this town with a dyno i live in gladstone Qld by the way so yeh its gay. will be going else wear next time even if i have to travel

yeh you could but your afm would have to be clamped onto ur turbo inlet or plumed into ur intercooler piping and then you would hav dirt n dust n all sorts of shit going into ur turbo running no filter its jus tnot worth it

im pretty shore the rb30 one is different cos the belts are differnt on the rb30 u need the rb25 one so that all your belt line up and fit correctly
