hmmm....your the second person to say this to me.....Scott said the same thing.......he even has my old R32 rotors. In saying that I had to remove this area on mine and Andy's AR-X.....maybe there is a difference in the offset between the RX and AR-X.

Tyre Pressures, And The Argument I Had With A Mate
Jetwreck replied to Oddy man's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
What was his argument for putting 45psi in? I don't get why he would want 45psi on the street....more to the point why he would want it on the open road . I never put more than 36-38 psi in mine on the street...shit if i want more grip in the arse on the street I drop em down. -
Thanks for coming on and clearing most of this up Craig P.S. Damn it I thought I might get you with the DD cheers Craig

I understand quite clearly the small business vs large business scenario....I have a small business myself so I know how much harder you have to work at times just to put food on your plates. That is fine and if you achieve your goals thats great...little word of advice for you......when advertising it's as easy as black and white. Either you can supply the product or you cannot. Grey areas are not a selling point and quite often result in a loss of sale and a bad rep. Good statement but! If I had a PM35 6 speed manual arrive on the docks today could you supply me a fully registered car by the 30th of this month? Remember the 6 speed has not even had the evidence completed yet! In a twist of words yes it is available(big grey area)....can you do it though? From memory the people currently offering the PM35 are not a large business either. In regards to your comment on the monopoly/price fixing....they are offering a service which they earned the rights too for a limited time....how is that a monopoly? In regards to the price they are charging if it's to much(and I am not disagreeing with you) that does not mean it's price fixing! I agree I agree....I think you have a fantastic website.....I quite often surf it myself dreaming of FD RX7's......sorry I mean Skylines! I would agree that it's hard work....but one of the biggest frustrations I/most people have with most importers/dealers(I am not talking about you directly either) is there lack of knowledge of the product they are trying to sell....I am not saying they should know absolutely everything about every car but they should at least know the basic's. Shit they guy I used to import my car told me to go ahead and bid on a NM35 AXIS....I asked him three times to confirm it was a VQ25DET...when he did eventually confirm it for me via email(it was a VQ25DD) he added that he didn't even know that they cam with a diesel motor Lucky for me I had done my research aye! A lot of people don't!.....this is where you guy's come in! I agree that all people should be in direct verbal contact.....if you can answer all of there relevant questions with 100% correct answers that's great if not you guy's need to find and get them those answers and not just take a shot in the dark.....you will gain more buy doing a callback with the correct answer! Shit most of the info for most cars is easily obtainable on the internet now anyway.

Sorry don't get it.....If you cannot compliance the car you should not be saying that compliance is available....more to the point you should not even be offering the compliance price if it is incorrect. False advertising springs to mind! On top of that rubbishing another shop because of there pricing seems to me to be wrong as well!....did you offer to put up some cash/help to push the PM35 through? If not then what gives you the right to question there pricing? Would you not think that they would want to be able to make back that loss and even make a bit of cash on top. I am sure you think carefully on how to do things.....all business's do/should.....it's how you execute that process and it seems to me and others that maybe you have got it wrong. If you want feedback it's easy....don't offer what you cannot deliver!
-
that would be great.....sux being without the car aye!

I did offer to take it off you hands and take it over at least 2 months before I got mine rolling lol....I know your not having ago Dan(although this ScottM35 dude ). Apparently the unit is complete....it's just taking a long time to get here. Glad to see I'm not the only one who see's what your seeing in the temp changes...I've improved it a lot with a Phenolic Runner spacer, HDI FMIC and Nismo low temp thermostat though.....just waiting on one more part which I am hoping get's here before the tune.
-
Dan I can only chase so hard....they have had it since the 8th of Dec 2009(they could have had in earlier in July but thats another story )....I have rung them nearly every week since then....numerous other people have rung them as well. No one more than me wants this as my current tune wont let me rev past 6,000prm and with our GT30/71 you know what it must be like. In Japan they have Nismo, Mines, K-Rom, G-Zone and Impul....every now and again one comes up on IM but you have no idea of what you are getting as they all( other than the Nismo) ones need to be tuned on the car. Funny thing is I missed a Nismo one simply because I thought another would pop up some day...if only I new then what I know now. Trust me as soon as this is available I will let you all know...Dan you also have the advantage of having the same turbo as me so you might be able to just use the same tune as me....even better if you option the rest of the system up to where I am!!!....lol
-
To go standalone you either need to go with a Manual Valve Body on the gearbox(therefore disconnecting the gearbox ECU) or do a manual conversion. This as you no is not cheap to do. Or you can wait with the rest of us to see what the re-flash brings when it finally gets hear!
-
lol.....anything is for sale though Andrew....lol....for the right price. I still miss the R31 .....it was like flying an old Spitfire........ mind you once we get the R32 sorted I'm sure I'll be eating those words
-
We'll get there.....there's some interesting solutions coming through which a couple of us have been working on....some of which are already available....some of which I nearly available. I've sorted just about everything to get more torque down low....now I just need the re-flash.....hopefully that fixes everything.

got to laugh at Helmut's response in this article. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/webber-c...f-1225874030074 Was it not a good strategy for Mark to keep Seb on the dirty stuff? Here's a thought....If it was Hammi or anyone else that had done that to Mark what would they all be saying then?
