  1. I can tell you from a recent dyno run the R32 GIO car is only running about 315AWKW's at 1bar........the R31 was about 320RWKW's at 1.6bar.

On the gearbox without flushing it completely you will be hard pressed getting 5lt's of the old oil out even with twin after market transcoolers( )....so 5lt's if your just want to change what's in there without flushing. If not I think it's about 7lt's or 8lt's plus a flush....IMO unless your oil is cooked I would not bother with a complete flush. As for the diff's.....haven't done em yet so.....I guess someone else can answer that.

P.S. Did he not get the answer to the problem within 10 minutes and an offer of help from people with parts? Pretty f#$king good info is you ask me!!!!! give me another site with that!!!

  18. Really!!! AFM wasn't it! lol....work at a dealer servicing car's aye!...only asking because your diagnosis was about as accurate as there's would have been! P.S. Most of us know our car's fairly well....you got some kind of in site into VQ25DET's that we don't know and you can share. Before you slag off the so called internet mechanic's maybe you should at least work at getting you diagnosis correct first!....and remember that some of us have quite a high level of first hand knowledge!....remember this isn't REXNET!
  19. Pretty sure the replacement windscreens from O'briens don't come with the tinted area up the top either.....as mine does not have it

  21. + 1 on that paulR32gtr......he was polite and although the question may have been a little naive I don't believe he deserved to be flamed like that......what was wrong with you skipping this thread and then letting it disappear into the abyss if you thought it was that silly. Onto the topic.....with the right diff gears and some well directed mod's there is no reason why you could not keep up to a standard R34 vspec....for the right price....even beat them depending on ability. And then again you could always search for someones car that already has everything done to it.
