  1. Give me the part number...I will have a go for you...worst case scenario I get it shipped to me then over to you. Even if we just find out timelines for future reference.....saves you getting stuffed around with no car for weeks.....might be an extra courier cost though
  2. Are you going through Nissan? Maybe I could make a suggestion if Nissan in NZ is slow....order it through an Australian Nissan dealer(e.g Hornsby Nissan)...pay for it via credit card and see how long it takes them to get the parts delivered to you directly....it should not take 2 weeks......I just ordered a powerduct new headrests and spark plugs and they only took 4 days door to door. or maybe just look at getting a new one made.
  3. another guide. gotta love RB20's
  4. Gotta love the flame.
  5. Give Tony at Northshore Prestige...let me know if you need the number.
  6. I'll check my calendar....would be interesting to see how much HP the M35 (fat cow) makes. Might also see wether I can get the Dad to bring down the R31....reckon it might win the 2lt Turbo cat..... definitely win the best sound award
  7. found my next set.......have to sell myself for a while first ;P
  8. lol.....bitch!!! I wish I had a dollar for every-time it's been called a Volvo. oh yeh.....any luck with finding the r32 rear's?
  9. Not a prob.....soccer season is nearly finished so i'll be in for a Thursday night cruise/catchup.
  10. ahh!!! so you were in the Yellow S2....nice ride mate. Also might add....Spotted a Yellow S2 on my way to work this morning around 8.25am.. I was heading towards Rhodes on victoria rd, he heading towards the Parramatta! I beeped a couple of times but he seemed to be in a Dayz! He was probably wondering why the hell someone would toot at him....lol....probably see you again soon as I do that route every day. P.S. I know I'm lazy and I should start typing my own shit rather than cut and paste.
  11. I'm speechless!!!....who would do this?...and WHY???
  12. LOL....I hate black!....it was washed two day's earlier and then it rained.....curse the rain gods!!!....I take that comment back(SLAP!)......I love driving this thing in the wet....it's a tuff compromise though.
  13. Pic's of height in black. bit low then...I have raised it up a bit as I could not get into the garage. It was fully sick though bro!
  14. Bit of an update on this...Andy and I tried standard AR-X wheels and they do not fit over the caliper. Good news is that the space saver does fit.
  15. Well I have got the wife is well trained. She has borrow my car and is in Ballina at the moment on holiday's....she just rang to say she has spotted a nice silver s1 or S2 at about 4.30PM
  16. The 3.5 litre naturally aspirated produces the same amount of HP as the 2.5 litre V6 turbo but the torque is much better on the turbo. Also if you are in OZ you cannot get compliance yet for the 3.5 litre naturally aspirated. If you into getting mods done the 2.5 litre V6 turbo is the better choice. And no the Stagea does not come with the same 8 speed transmission....wish it did!!
  17. My car was 1.35mil and the cost to me by the time I had it registered and insured was $30k. Are you talking about the price in Japan?
  18. If I was to compare them with the new Nismo pads I had just put in the standard calipers its a definite improvement....lots more feel through the brake peddle.....mind you I have not had a good stand on them yet.
  19. R32 GTR Brake setup done. Parts needed: *R32 Rotors *Pads *1 LT of brake fluid *4 Spaced washers to go around the outside of the bolts going through the suspension arm and bolting to the caliper Parts needed to be modified * Remove or cut off the dust guard on the inside of the rotor.(if you have a nibbler this is a fairly quick job to cut off) * Take about 1mm off the brake line bolt going into the caliper...or buy a new shorter one. All up cost for everything was: *$280 for the calipers to get rebuilt(or whatever your cost is for new ones) *$80 for the Pad's *$300 for brand new rotors *$20 for Brake fluid *$45 for Spacer washers to be made *About 2 hours worth of your time P.S. The only thing I have not yet tested is that the standard wheel and space saver fits...will let you know soon.
  20. Fitted up the R32 GTR callipers tonight. Pretty easy job....you will however need to cut and linnish the bolt going into the caliper from the brake line. The other thing you will need is rotor's that have a minimum thickness of 30mm(M35's are 24mm).....hopefully sorting some R32 GTR rotors tomorrow. P.S. I will post up step by step once I have everything 100% finished....looking like a very cheap option still.
  21. I only use 98 in mine...don't want to take this risk with lower octanes....just remember our max is Japan minimum. Don't piss yourself laughing either but I am lucky to get 15.5lt's per hundred.....but then again I am running 15psi and it does get a good hit at least twice a day....gotta keep the cobweb's out. P.S. Amazed I have only seen Andy...I live in Westleigh and drive through Meadowbank and Ryde to get to Rhodes everyday.....keen to catch up with every one one day.
  22. You guy's are crazy to spend that much on an exhaust just because it's shiny(unless its for show). Locally 3" made from the first cat back is approx $1,100 in Sydney.....and there's no wait. If you want a custom made muffler on the back to get it quieter its about an extra $400. Bit better in price than the Jap stuff which is about $2,955 for the same thing.....and thats before you ship it. I know what i'll be spending my extra $1,855 on!!!!! I knew it!!!
  23. Just got the Bilstein upgrade into my AR-X. It's about a two hour job but you will need spring compressors. What a fu..ing difference. Ride over bumps is about the same as standard. The body roll issue which was a big issue is now gone. All in all it's a great upgrade. Just gotta do the sway bar's now.
  24. OK. Today I thought I would go through our old R32 GTR bit's to see what fit's and what doesn't. So here's what I came up with. Found an old set of front R32 GTR 4 Spot calipers measured them up and they fit. Small issue with some spacers to be made up(cost about $15 for the spacers) but everything else will fit perfectly. So if you want a cheap upgrade get you hands on a set of front R32 GTR calipers and you done.
  25. Been dreaming about the same thing!!!!! Pretty sure it is the same block but I need to read up a little more on what the differences are in the heads, Crank, Pistons and rod's. Cannot see why it wont be like the RB motors though.
