  1. ^^^ correction.....not a Nismo part!
  2. +1 for these ones.
  3. He would be getting a pretty f#$King dirty phone call from me...... .I visit pretty much all the dealers in Sydney regularly doing the English conversions......The best NM35's I have seen are from Northshore Prestige and E&M Unique. P.S. Don't skimp when buying one of these....it could end up costing you more that the $ you save in haggling! P.S.S Clock winding is very evident from dealers.....I have been under many a Stagea in the last couple of years and when I see the clock on some of these cars saying 40-80K and the under carriage is looks worse that mine(my car has 190K and travel's on dirt) it makes you wonder! Another way to tell if the car has more than 80K on it is if the front caster bush's are gone......they go at about 80-100K.
  4. It depends on load I guess.....I know when my car was stock it was not a huge issue going across the gate all the time but I never stayed there more than a couple of minutes. But... with a little bit of HP/NM the standard GB cooks pretty quickly(better once the HD2 kit is done)........a couple of minutes wont hurt though imo......best idea is to knock it across the gate after the second gear shift.......with the standard turbo revving the thing to 6,500rpm is a waist anyway + your already doing over 110km's. Mind you Paul you will find after you do a couple of the VB's a difference in oil colour between those who drive across the gate all the time and those that don't.
  5. shouldn't pick on your brothers from other mothers Duncan!
  6. Oh.....misread this......I thought this was a hand controller for the ECU!
  7. Only +7° of caster! get some of those caster bush's off Fulcrum........you'll like em!
  8. The pin outs have been poster on m35 info. I am pretty sure knowone has even attempted this in the world.
  9. Hows your $600 spring work Jethro? Brrrrrppp! Lucky your shifts arn't too good anyway Jethro as you car might finish breaking in half!
  10. you met Leon? Talk to your Vic installer if you have doubts Jethro.....Scott!
  11. You on a MAC? If not ....get one! I do have problems with the site on my wifes PC.....but just your points 3 and 4!
  12. Nice try Banana man! I'll let Leon answer it though!
  13. Pm sent....but no reply.....so let the bid's begin! I revoke my pm and place a new bid of $10.01c on the open forum.
  14. BAHHHHAAAAA......I said a car not a banana!
  15. Had pod setups on most of my cars to date.......great on the track and freeway......shit on a town car......just remember there is a temp sensor in the afm with our car so the more heat the crapper it will run.
  16. I here that there is a really good one just about to go up for sale.....good buy IMO!.....well sorted and one of the quickest.....silver though!
  17. ^^^^^^^ that....NM35 is way to fragile in some area's and an orphan...........if you do get a electrical problem it way to hard to sort out!....PM35 is a lot easier IMO! Not having a working car for the past 5 weeks has pushed me to the edge.....considering the thing was F#$KING finished!.....f$%King F#$k f$%kety F#$k. P.S. Aaron....you made the right choice(maybe not in the car you chose )......imagine if you still had the black POS....you would be walking just like me atm!
  18. If only I had the hours back that I have spent on the black POS.......Iain, Andy and I had another go at it last night and we are still no closer to truly knowing the issue. It is however looking more and more like a problem with the Throttle and the E-Manage. It might just be a case of stripping the E-Manage out and going back to the standard injectors and ECU.........Before I do that however I will be hooking up an M800 briefly to do some logging as they have a build in sort of oscilloscope! If I do go back to the standard ECU the e-manage will NOT be going back in......but other projects in the background may flourish!
  19. Yup....certified.....! I'll fit it in next week.
  20. Nup....I have an crank angle sensor issue and if I cannot sort it next week I'm parting the car up.
  21. lolz.......next time I'm up at the farm I could show you.....then you'll be trained!
  22. Good kit......hold off 2 weeks though.....I may have one thats about half the price!
