  6. In the tank.....it's part of the canister that holds the fuel pump......from memory its about $54AUS to replace.

  8. Guys your riding the stall converta...:14 psi is normal under load.... Put your foot to the floor and it will drop a gear and go off the converta and take off.

  10. What's wrong with a Volvo....they have a very good PROVEN race pedigree.....T5's are blood good cars...... When put up against CAMRY wagons they win hands down. IMO I would try to stick with you car bud....looks the goods.....and I am sure you would get any help needed from other C34 guys to get it on the road....right guys!

  14. Like a bull out of a gate!!! Nice way to start ....1 day into having the car!!!! .....I think I lasted 3 day's before I did a full dump back exhaust and another 2 weeks before the wheels....and the list goes on and on and on ect!.....4 years later and 2 things left to do!!!...maybe
  15. not a prob bud!...didn't think you were.......I probably didn't need to blow my own trumpet in my response either but I was more or less just trying to let you know that I/we do know our shit and our experiences with most workshops on our cars have been less than impressive!.....piss's me off when I see others get ripped off because some workshop decides to try and cut open the golden goose! e.g. people getting charged $2,000 to $2,500 just for a turbo change....no parts just labor!

  18. It is the same indeed. But there is an option/correction to fix up pull to the left with a slight cast change with the non standard ones over the factory replacement.....thats if you have that problem.

  20. I cannot figure out whether you are having a shot or not!!! My qualification's on this car and some of the quickest historic race cars in this country far exceed 99% of the workshops in Australia! FYI Most workshops will treat your car no different to a 1980's model 3.3lt XE falcon!...fact!!!...ours is very different. It's up to you on what you want to do....the advice is here for you to take from people who have stuffed around with every aspect of this car.....we have all tried and proven method's and I would dare to say some of us are f#$king experts! Just because a workshop has the gall to call forum's and the threads that have been written "wrong" it doesn't mean it is! It just mean's more than likely they know f#$k all themselves! But I bet I know where they go when what they are doing turns to shit!......then they have a figjam moment thinking that they sorted the problem themselves!
