  3. Yeh damo's car had twins(that was at the show and shine) looked quite good IMO.
  4. Very nice!!!!.....you just need to sneak over there at about 3AM and put up a sign on his house! "OWNED"
  5. Yeh I bought it....great device....does work on our car though:(
  6. WTF....didn't know you and Ian finally tied the knot!
  7. Spotter a white c34 on the comenarra parkway at about 2.45 today
  8. I'll invite yah tonight. Stagea Cup is an awesome idea...... Next race will more that likely be next Sunday....pretty sure we were up to 5 people last night.....some good racing too(not so much from me)
  9. I bleed mine the other day.....all good As far as wiring goes you might find what you want in here. http://www.m35stagea.info/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=43 The Engine control and ECU pinouts are translated....they might give you a small heads up....Have you had it plugged into a Consult yet?
  10. I'll post a date on Wednesday or before
  11. forgot to mention......bleed the attessa yesterday......much better.....drive vibration is still there though .....I think it's time to go 2WD and see what happens.
  12. Well a big thumbs up to the P-Plater that ran into me yesterday.....absolute gold for not checking the lane beside you before swinging into it! It's such a shame about the side of your car too...... Oh.....no damage to mine.....gotta the rub guards on the AR-X!!!!
  13. but for how long! watch this space.... http://www.ethanolan...ethanol/locator Be great to have a selection of aftermarket turbo's we could fit without major modifications .....atm though or at least until a decent set of headers are made and a new location for the turbo found we will have to deal with the standard turbo housings. Not to mention we still have to sort out the GB and stall convertor!.....and my other preference of going to at least 3:6 diff ratio's!
  14. And I am presuming you know we are not talking about RB's! ...only playing! Cannot figure wether your saying the Dyno is FOS or my tune is FOS!....if it's the dyno take your car down to Vic and run it up. Every dyno is out...either up or down...but I have never seen figures that are more than 10-15KW's different on the same car!....do you think I have never sat on a Dyno before! E85, GT30/71 core with Garret BB set, VQ25det, 24-25PSI, MT 2WD highly likely to hit 350RWKW's!....considering Scott is running a smaller turbo and has hit 300AWKW's on 17-18PSI and would push more but his GB is not handling it I am thinking it's a pretty good indication! Also consider this, I am already doing 268AWKW's(Scott ran approx 245AWKW's on BP98, 17-18psi same setup) on BP98, 15PSI, Auto 4WD....the only reason we stopped was the GB! Anyway rant finished.....does 268AWKW's on BP98 not support your 450hp cartridge theory anyway? P.S. My figures on my turbo tell me it's good for 500HP btw!
  15. What's going on here???...reading from above your talking 2wd manual rb25 bs 4wd auto vq25....how do you figure the test is even close to equal! Show me your data on a vq25det turbo!... Not interested in rb stuff they have been around for 30 years now....and I have personally been stuffing around with rb's for 20! I understand
  16. you could try fitting it up to a sump that's not on a car atm You know where it is?
  17. Totally agree....more to the point I think Insurance company's should have a discount scheme for those who choose to do those courses!
  18. .....If i'm at 270AWKW's at 15psi on BP and the only reason we didn't push it to 300AWKW's was the GB(correct me if I'm wrong Scott) was just about to shit it's self.....then 340AWKW's on E85 is more than capable of happening with 30/71 Garret BB set....going buy what he things is the RW to AW difference is add 25KW's(his figure....mines closer to 40kw's) to that....... and yes there is a bit to change to get a Garrett setup working......but I would not say a lot! Comes to how much you want to develop......If I had my time again I would still go for a Garrett BB set....I might have gone a little smaller though!...maybe P.S. I am not saying bush is shit......but I am not willing to accept that a proper BB setup is not as reliable either when done properly! and what Scott said he answer at the same time!...lol
  19. lol......once upon a time there was not ABS!....ABS was invented for people who don't know how to brake!...I don't think I have used it in an emergency even though I know I have it!.....in fact if you brake on a dirt road you are better off not using ABS as you can stop better without it....if you know how to use a brake that is! picture on how to do what....a burnout!....lol!
  20. sold and paid for now.....sorry Paul!
  21. this doesn't work Aaron...pity too!..........if you want 2WD just unplug the front ABS plug's going to the sensors....easiest way and it work's. PS. Your car will still not wheel spin from stop even with 2WD....it may or may not break traction when it comes on boost depending on road surface......It's 2t, auto, 2.5lt, has dumb arse TB restrictions and long diff ratio's!
  22. mmmmmm cheap http://cgi.ebay.com.au/D2-356mm-8-pot-Brakes-skyline-r33-gtst-/120684392848?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c1959b190#ht_661wt_1141
  23. IMO.....if you change the turbo and manifolds you better off putting the turbo where the current airbox....that way you can get rid of any sharp turn's in the plumbing. .....an even better idea would be to keep the current passenger side turbo with a new manifold and develop a drivers side bank manifold with turbo. That way you will be able to still use a turbo that fit's into the area and get a decent waist gate on......this might also involve a new custom plenum and FMIC though P.S. Yes twins Scott!
  24. Nothing wrong with my bb set!
