I got this problem sorted out on my car a few weeks ago. Not wanting to have any complications i decided to get it done through my local Nissan dealer. The drivers door lock actuator cost me $315 and a flat rate of $190 to install it. Much cheaper than the usual $120 per hour rate they usually charge. It took them about 3 hours to get it all sorted and align the window correctly. At the end of the day its up to you. I decided to get it done at Nissan but that's me.. Many people on the forum have completed this job successfully themselves but as per Chris's FAQ Section, this is not a simple DIY Cheers
