New To The Scene, Car Choice....

The stock one had 134xxx, in pretty good condition, but I would only like to spend 18000 all up, so from the advice so far the modded one is the way to go I guess. -
Hilo, Just wanted some advice on my two options im leaning towards at the moment, as Im a relative skyline noob , Any thoughts on whether I should get http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...howtopic=162672 or a stock s2 for 13000 and spend the rest on the car itself? Thanks
