Stalls When Slowing Down, Or When Revs Drop

nah the BOV was on there before, it just started happening 2day. thanks, issa. -
today i had the intake pipe made up, the plumb back pipe was removed, and the oil line was blocked (the one to the inlet). AFM is still at the end of the intake pipe. i know they had to remove the cooler piping so they could fit it all on properly then they put it back on. i thought it could be a leak or something, but i couldnt seem to hear it anywhere. there is also a winding noise on idle, not the intake, something else. it just started happening after i put the intake pipe on. but i doubt its from it, sounds like its comming from some where else. when i slow down, if i put it to neutral and then press the brakes (to slow down) it stalls as it drops way past its idle and doesnt come back up. what can be causing this problem? thanks alot, issa. rb20det, r32. atmo bov, full turbo back 3" exhaust, intake pipe, pod.

i want to get a FMIC but i dont like the bends in the pipe. what are my options for changing my intake plenum so it doesnt have to bend around like that. the main thing i dont like about it, is the extra "lag" i would get from it. is that just a myth or would changing the intake plenum be effective in reducing lag. i only plan on making ~240rwkw with minimal lag, is it worth changing? i also want to know good FMIC for the power i want. will the trust type M suffice? also in flow and minimal lag? thanks in advance, issa.

Suspension For My R32 Gtst
phat_man replied to phat_man's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
thanks so much for the help mate, appreciate it. what do you mean by the upper arm's. as in adjustable camber tops? or strut braces? im gona get hicas taken care of as well. thanks alot, issa. -
i have recently purchased a r32 gts-t, now i dont know to much about them or any car for that matter. i want to set up my suspension for drift with a few hill runs. thats ok because i can get to a wheel alignment machine when i need it. i dont care how rough the ride is, as long as the chasis and mounts can handle it, and as long as it handles well. 1st of all i want to upgrade to coilovers, which would you recommend? and what rates? anything inparticular i need to know before i go out and buy some? what should i look for, and what should be adjustable in them. i plan on rehauling all(most) my suspension components. what else should i look at changing. sawy bars, strut brace, castor rods... anything else im missing feel free to add, im just drawing up ideas atm, i plan on getting these parts in about 2 weeks when i have some cash, and im back at home. cheers, issa.

there the dark side, just like *EDIT* darth vadar (darth not dark ) so who knows what i can do while at uni? i need a job, the skyline sure as hell aint gona work itself.

actually i need to get a job soon too. i need it to be like after hours seeing i will be starting university, doesnt have to be full time could be part time/ casual, just aslong as its good pay and not to shit of a job.

the new aussie's m1a1 abrams are shit for logistics (im a part time gingerbeer, i know) there a f**king nightmare to keep operational. firstly the portable bridges we use arent rated strong enought to carry the tank while its in combat form (around 70tons) i think the bridges are rated to around 60 tons (really the bridge will hold it, but you have to always leave some 'buffer zone' incase shit hits the fan). fuel. apparently it eats over 50 litres just on start up. it can take almost anything that burns as fuel, but it prefers jet fuel ( it does have a jet engine) it takes about 14litres per 1.6 k's. challenger or leo 2 would be much better tanks to have IMHO

the tanks drink enough petrol as it is, heavy peice's of shit

saw a red gtr in lidcombe maccas car park, at around 4/430, i was in the black 32 gtst
-
thanks alot for that mate i was thinking of giving it ago the other day, but i was looking under it when i got my exhaust fitted and it looked like a big job, not so much taking it out, but looping the lines at the front. after some harder driving, i thought i may keep it for longer then i 1st expected.
