If anyone is looking for work I recommend asking Tony or Hays Recruitment. Tony put me onto these guys, signed up yesterday applied for a few jobs and got a call first thing this morning. Oh well fingers crossed. Downside is working in the city although that means less petrol, less k's on the coon and more money towards the next car.

Since my last appearance here, I have come across quite alot of free shit. Won an esky at nightowl, got a free 46" plasma, got a free bottle of jim beam (it all counts!) and got a free insight into what it's like to be on the other end of an angry kiwi. And quietly, may land myself in some hot water with Sony. Something to do with my flashing of usb dev boards and selling them so kids can play backed up games :\

Pretty quiet in here over the weekend. Had an interesting day, woke up at 6 this morning to police banging on the door. Turns out my mate dropped the clutch down a street in albany creek so now his car is sitting at an impound lot. Was funny but still, f**k loosing your car for 2 days plus the likely loss of license.

Evening lads Today dragged on for me; some senior citizens need a license to operate a computer i think. I also have a computer for sale - for those of you interested: Asus Republic of Gamers Maximus II mainboard, Intel Q8400 quad core, 4gb kingston ram, gigabyte 9800gt, 1tb hard drive, win 7 home 64bit. Plus the usual bobs, dvd burner, card reader. In a thermaltake case, can't remember what it's called. Reformatted and all good to go really. Just bought another pc. $1100

I've gotta start looking for a new job anyway; My hours get cut down when we don't have much work on. I've been looking at IT department jobs in the government though, have a guy on the inside that can help me out as well. My cat is a nutter, he likes sausages, not to eat but flick around the tiles.

Lads So if you get a text from the boss at 6am telling you to only do 5 hours today and tomorrow instead of your normal 8, then says to bring back the ps3 you got for free. Would you be somewhat shitting your pants? In other news, my cat has been eating chips that were sitting in a bowl on my desk 2 weeks ago.

I had an epic argument with a builder yesterday afternoon. Apparently windows 7 should be covered under warranty, so when he f**ks it up he can bring it back for me to spend 5 hours fixing and he won't have to pay anything for it. So I put the question to him, if I got him to build me a house and then I knocked a wall down inside it and the house falls down would he have to build it up for me again?

I've seen it before on youtube, there's another where he races the mclaren f1 in a stock gt-r. It would have been awesome if they did one with all the gt-r's. I just wikipedia'd Top Gear and the GT-R was only featured in a few episodes, r34 in series 1 and then the 35 in series 11. The wikipedia page for the original Top Gear doesn't list what cars are featured

At archerfield? Sorta depends on which driver/car you get put in as to how good it is Got pulled over this morning on the way to work (a whole 2km) apparently my car isn't registered, although I have the sticker and certificate to prove it and I was shitting myself at this point thinking that a fine would be the last thing I needed right now. Cops accepted the sticker after having a fiddle with it. Would have been a different story if it was a cop on his high horse. Would anyone happen to have a spare battery that holds charge alright until I get a new one? It's for my falcon, the negative is on the left and positive on the right. Only saying this because the one I got from someone today was opposite and the leads won't reach that far.

A couple of weeks ago I finished work around 11pm and headed to the bottle-o to get some beer for the night. Was sitting at the lights in Aspley, this maxi taxi in front of me slams on the brakes as he's about to go through a set of traffic lights, cars behind me merge into other lane and keep going. Meanwhile, the light has turned red and I'm still sitting behind this taxi. I was sitting about 2 metres behind him, and he starts reversing, at this point I was thinking he was reversing a bit to get out off the line of the traffic line so I stayed where I was. Then he didn't stop reversing, I realised and slammed it into reverse, got out of the car and had a good go at the curry driving it. I was mostly pissed because he didn't acknowledge that my car was sitting behind him and he kept reversing. The other thing that pushed me over the edge was the dicks in the taxi on the way to the valley, one guy got out and took a swing at me but I ducked and managed to escape in a cloud of smoke haha.
