  1. Thats some good clear answers guys. The plug you are talking about is the one wire plug that is used to bleed up the system. Thats funny you would mention that because its just a method of tripping the the light that puts the car in 2wd. After bleeding up the system I forgot to plug it back in one day and the light came on after I moved the car from one parking spot to the next. From reading the instructions I have for my extreme TCS it works best in r32 gtr's and gts4. The contoller has a dial that goes from 0 to 10. You guys have me excited to use this device. One question. I can go from 2wd to 4wd at anytime using this controller.? Once stopped of course. Plus I never ever run different size tire and dont intend on ever doing so on any of my gtr's, I rather buy 4 new set. Please look at the attached photos of my controller. Awesome explanations guys.
  2. I see. So even the controller wont totally separate the front from the rear. I have a question here now that we are on the subject. I see some gtr's do a rear wheel burn out and then back up to the line and launch what I believe to be a 4wd launch. How is this done. I've spent some time reading and I've always left confused. Can you bring some clarity to this question mate. ??

  4. Hmmm. I've always thought that I could have installed a switch to that fuse and have the feature inside. Ill have a try at my torque split convert first. I notice that it hooks up to the G sensor. It looks pretty simple to install. I wonder what it does to the G sensor to make it 2wd and so forth. Hmm.
  5. Like GTSBoy said. The booster is the problem or vacume leak. The adjustments will change the travel of the pedal. Please stay in touch as ill do my best to help. If your running big cams which will lead to less vacume?? Can also lead to this problem. If thats the case you will need to run a vacume canister. ??
  6. Lol. I do have one, but I never had the chance to try it out. But the stock wheels look so good with those MT tires. So I take it that the car is set to full rwd. Because to even have it set to a low percentage of front torque means it will still affect the transfer case clutch disk or the health of the diff. ????
  7. I was on the same line of thought. But I was saying 18x11.5 +15 with rolled guards. The tires size I have no idea.

  9. Both these cars looks amazing. I thought to run drag tires they all had to me the same size but the front looks smaller. I only thought this because the 4wd syatem would get damaged. From what I can remwmber the difference has to be no more than 2 percent. But man does that look good. Think ill go with GTC by volk racing. for the street though.   10. Wow. What a bad joke. :lol::lol::lol: I miss the gts4, but I think it did its purpose. I hadn't talk to my dad in over 3 years and this car brought us together. Now ill miss it but things happen for a reason. Thanks again everyone. Ill do it over with this car. I wanted a gtr for the motor but was stuck with the gts4 and it was quite rusted and required a whole lot more work as I only refurbished the front. This car need nothing but power. Oh I will be shampooing the interior soon then those stains will go. If not 2 new seat will help. :lol::lol: what a joke.

  12. Would you mind posting up some photos of your gtr with those wheels. As for the oil pan I was supposed to take some photos which ill do in the morning. I do really like this r32 gtr because its so clean. Its a 100 times cleaner than the gts4. I will be using the gts4 feont and rear diff on the gtr. This is because ive heard that the ratio will be better for drag racing. I really dont know how true this is. But it felt really good when I was driving it.
  13. I see. The r33 gtst most likey works the same but its shape different. And located on the turbo side.

  17. Thanks guys. After being down for many days I found another car. The car had the engine tear down and never put back together for ten years. It was stored away in a store room for ten years and never touched. Its a r32 gtr so ill just buy a new oil pan and install it. Then ill install the engine. I have a few questions. 1. Is the stock intercooler better than most ebay units like what I used on my gts4? 2. Whats the widest rims can fit a r32 gtr. 3. Any suggestions on the car as it will still be for drag racing.

  19. Oil pan is not damaged to bad and ill take photos of it tomorrow. The fins are bent, and im wondering if race fab could repair it. ??
  20. Yes. The oil pan got damaged thats about it. The guy was drinking at a local bar and tried to make a left u turn and took up the whole road. So my natural reaction was to swerve and I lost it went over the the bumps that separates the two lanes and couldn't steer no more and hit another car. The insurance is taking care of it all. And the guy in the truck took off. More than 8 people witnessed the event. Im so disappointed because I spent so much time on this car. I hope when my r32 gtr reach that it might make me feel better... thanks agian for all the help guys really. I have always used this site to learn and be a better skyline technician. R.I.P GTS4.
  21. Well got news. I just crashed my gts4 its dead. But the motor is fine so I just ordered a r32 gtr from japan. Just want to say thanks for all the help guys. I wasnt street racing. I got cut off by a ford f150 truck doing a illegal U turn. I guess it happens.
  22. Thats funny :D:lol::lol::lol:Man I wont street race no more. Or let you know at least. It was popping ant no boost. It has to start moving first aye lol. But it so so great now. I tuned it yesterday at around 12psi. Ill break it in at that pulling 7600 rpms. Sorry but I cant run E85 over here but I do my part on helping out the environment. Like recycle cans and so forth. B) As for the car the cams seem to work solid. It goes like crazy. Makes me want bigger cams. I was just concerned about my oil pressure. We have no winter over here so I might up the oil to a straight 40 weight full synthetic.
  23. Somthing is wrong. Bouncing it off the limiter or not. I ant know about that lash. If I remember correctly the intake should be .015 and the exhaust should be .017 plus or minus .001 I ant know about the .28mm but seems small. This is bugging me. Let me call a buddy of mine and see what he is saying. Can you list the links to the parts your running, springs retainers cams and so forth.
  24. I agree. This is a big topic and if ya want the atmo bov the get a ecu that support that type of bov. Like a djetro power fc etc. Otherwise thats whats happening. There are just to much people that dont understand the system. Dont change the system that nissan designed just upgrade it. Vent it back in properly and it will stop dieing.
