What do you guy's think about the HKS Twin Power ignition upgrade. ? will this make the stock coils handle more power.? if not can anyone suggest a ignition upgrade that would be better for around 600 dollars. Thanks guy's

hi Mate, i run 20psi all day long with similar mods. i tried running 24psi and the ring landing broke, 20 psi is just fine keeping an eye on Afr's and knock.

I do know that eproms can be mapped quite easily. e mance chips are a prime examples of this, you send them the appropriate ecu r33 RB25det can't be programed but using a r32 ecu as a substitute will work just fine. you can data log and the remap these chips as much as possible. it's even easer if you start of with a base map and then go from there. most Silvia's use 240sx ecu's. If you just plug in a 240sx ecu into a Silvia's harness it will run but like crap, until you chip the unit and remap the chip with the maps from a stock Silvia ROM chip. after this you can make you upgrades etc. Z32 afm's injectors alter maps almost everything as a standalone unit just using your lab top. for example i can use a r32 rb25det ecu on a r33 skyline, chip the unit with a eprom chip now i can program it. This is what e mance do. if you have a dyno you can run the car make map adjustments of any kind, but the best part of all it's cost less than a standalone ECU. a hole lot less. that is why i think we all should look in these eprom chips as a form of making money from people that can't afford a standalone unit. make money guy's, program the Honda's, we know how to tune cars. move rev limits speed limiter for a faction of the price. so in doing this i think we can all gain the knowledge witch is priceless the money is the bonus

lets say i would like to become a tuner that tune's ecu's. like Honda's some Nissan's and lots of other eprom ecu's, can anyone think of any hardware that would be needed to program these chips. or even the process that i would need to go throw to obtain this goal. i ask because i own lots of Nissan Silvia's and i can mod 240sx ecu's to use these eprom chip's and then remap them to run my own settings. z32 afm's injector's etc. getting the eprom chips are no problem for most application. the r33 rb25det must use the r32 ecu, and then it must be chipped, the problem that I'm having is programing the chips. thanks for all the help guys, but know that were a little more informed does anyone have any experience in this area.

How about the innovative lm2 can this unit work with fc datalogit. as i just got mine from http://www.rx7.com/store/rx7/fdecu.html they told me that the datalogit is on longer vehicle specific. they can work on any car. does anyone know it this is true. the wbo2 that paulr33 recommends is good for guy's that live in Australia. i think its a Australia base company. is this right.

I'm taking about the screen were you would add new injector values for upgrading your injectors in other words when i adjust the % value is this referring to the resistance of the injectors or is it the ms (lag time)

on the power fc handle held with refers to the resistance ms or % ? so if this sound dumb guys.

what were the lag time on your injectors? what values did you enter in the pfc.

I just got a set of Sard 800cc injectors Hi resistance.(top feed) with a lag time of 1.60ms this is what i did 370cc stock /800cc new = 0.4625 i rounded it to 0.46% 1.60ms(new)-0.528ms stock= 1.072 rounded to 1.07ms 0.46% and 1.07ms must be entered into the PFC. first question is. Is this right. Second when i use a meter on the stock injector i get a resistance of about 11 ohms and the new ones are 14 ohms will this be a problem.?

hi my HKS GT3037 pros turbo has cracks in it. I'm looking to buy a new housing or send the hole unit out to GCG turbos to get it rebuild. Any help would be appreciated.

yah i own one thats why i was talking about it. all i was doing was bring a new item to be view at. i wouldn't call it the best ever but i have spent a hole lot on controllers and by far this think is the best. its upgradeable by software if you want to run your own configuration you can send the unit back and have it calibrated to your setup. never Had a boost spike ever with this unit. In all i meant nothing negative. if theres a problem speaking about items or reviewing them just say so. it seems like new people especially from another country's is not liked on this site. i never said anything negative before others on this site did. i my opinion i would like to see different items that i can use from all over this world. point in example Kyle's turbo manifold (6boost) for the money i placed an order for one. This is bring money to your country. i just dont understand the whole don't help him attitude. I'm not saying you just most people on the site are negative to people especially from another country's. This is what i ment about the japs. i've never spoken to a jap that never listened. they may not take it to haert but they want your money, in turn they give you good service

let me guess was it build in australia.? lol the car has ran a 7 sec flat and keep in mind that everything about the car is quarter the size and price.? i guess you can't beat that. i guess that is why the australian dollar lost its value.lol in the last 10 years keep up the good work guy's thats why the japs rule there more open minded. selfdevlopment, most of you should work on that.

for twin turbo stroked 6 cy it still can't beat the 2.0 eclipse. come on show me better dont qoute my words thats my preferance.
