First off, I apologise for anyone entering this thread expecting to see some crazy youtube vid of a nissan owning something. This topic is about the general public, the simple folk being mesmerized by Nissans. Ive been lucky enough to see this with my own eyes a few times. i.e. I was sitting at a small cafe in a busy cafe/restaurant district recently, when a Gallardo pulled up to the lights, shortly followed by a R35 GTR. Some people turned their heads to see the Gallardo but when the GTR was in clear view people where standing up, tapping their mates to look around all the while gawking at the nissan. These were people from all walks of life and the majority by far where late 20's and up. The lambo driver was clearly not impressed too, as soon as the lights changed he took off in all fury. The GTR however was turning left. Ive seen this back in the day with r34 GTR's aswell. IMO I think its about time the japs entered the super car group as they have proven themselves a worthy contender for years. So yeah discuss/share stories.

Resale for the manual shouldnt budge much from the original purchase price either, hell if you get it cheap you might even be able to ask a bit more for it come time of sale.

So you want someone to do a cheap and good job? not going to happen. Depending on how much money you want to spend, if you want the basic mods like an exhaust, pod filter, boost upgrade (boost tee) and a FMIC (intercooler) Your better off moneywise to do this yourself. 1. its easy to put these parts on 2. it will save you a lot of money If you really want someone else to do this for you, look for import workshops/performance shops in google, your everyday mechanic will most likely break something/waste your time(money).

Tall guys make imports look so small. My mate is 6 foot something, like a tree, he took my silvia for a spin and when he drove back in the driveway I swear my car looked like a go kart with him in it. Cars where designed for petite little japanese peoples I guess

They do that up here too. Most of time theyre in a a ford/holden taxi or ute.
