I give people the nod or the wave whichever comes 1st. What I like about imports is a lot of people have no idea what there looking at, ie some dumb trophy wife points out the import car only to have her husband scoffing behind the wheel of his merc/whatever. Kids are funny too, had some pull up next to me once asking me to turn up my music and other silly questions, mother was pretty cool about it was kinda expecting the hoon scenario...

The conversion isnt too hard to do yourself and the parts are pretty cheap. It will raise the value of the car and sell-ability too. For future reference if you want someone to reply to this thread faster try posting it in the right section.
