If she can drive just get one of your mates to sign off her logbook hours (that have a full drivers). Thats what nearly everyone I know did, and they havent had any issues. -

I wouldnt bother with stock turbos unless the have been hiflowed or at least had their turbines wheels replaced with steel. GT30 is a good option man, go with that.

Damn that sucks, well considering what work has to be done, I'd be looking at doing an upgrade while your at it. Rebuild with forgies, single turbo setup and a tune?
