aloe erin - hows things _hows the car dare i ask this is the first senior position ive ever had and its not nice to hire someone and then fire them 2 weeks later. i took the job coz it was going to be less stressful but im working HUGE hours and im not sure if i like it..... aaaahhh - its just a rough patch. as you said boxy - it just happens. anyways the day is over.........

well, theres two buildings in the project and i'll make it up on the second one i suppose..... that way i hope to make enough money on the second one to pay for the first one and break even. i just fired a bloke last week who was working on a job for 2 weeks and totally kooked that one..... OH CRAP! gotta try n make that up too.....

ive been working on the same job for three weeks and today we discovered a mistake that fu(ks the entire job...... i drew one wall 25mm too thick and its wrecked the entire job. NOT HAPPY JAN! just lost about 3grand for my company
