I would say Matt Spry @ PITS my mate gets his car tuned there and he is happy with the work, however I have heard of a few really bad experiences with Allstar and as a result i wouldnt let them tune my moped (not that i have one)

my guess is that they are mailing them out alphabetically my last name starts with a c so its pretty much at the beginning of the alphabet, either that or they are only sending them to people with good cars

ive seen this happen in real life except it wasnt a celica it was a sprinter, my mate has a sprinter with a standard motor with a set of coilovers and he over took a certain 403hp r32 skyline going up mt tamborine and then again going down the mountain so it can happen power is irrelevant when it comes to things like that I see it happen all the time
