    I just worry about yhe existing easement and proposed rail loop. runs straight through the middle. and those can come into effect at any given moment, now or in 15yrs.

    cmon......we are looking at setting up a sau team, see which state donates most. you should be able to donate at any centre, and have the point go to our team.
