dirty 30 is a term given to when you use an rb30 bottom end from a vl or older skyline, put a twin cam head(25/26) on it. The manifold problem, was that for the size turbo I chose, the cheaper stuff didnt fit. turbo fouled and bonnet didnt even come close to closing.

spun bearings. seized motor. dirty 30 coversion. ran out of money. problems with manifolds. started july last year. just starting to get close to finishing now.

my car just started after sitting for near on a year. It's not ready yet, but soon....

got oil pressure, and trial fitted 6boost manifold. manifold fits. bonnet closes with turbo on. tomorrow night, intake side is going together.

right, everyone owes me a reach around. started my car tonight. have oil pressure. now also have manifold that works with chosen turbo. I think I deserve it.

received manifold. fitted. IT FITS! removed power steer reservoir due to relocation. back primed and tried for oil pressure. ended up needing running speed. now have manifold and oil pressure. was a good night. tomorrow is intake night. -
