yes.But, haven't driven wrx on the track. Loved my emo on the track, multiple days with little trouble. Also, consider the sti hatch. Drop down rear seats, and hatch room would make a suitable weekend mover. Sti also has the brembo calipers, but, no seat heaters or proximity entry and start. Emo doesn't has drop down rear seats.

Anything can be tuned out with the right parts. Also, evo x > evo 7-9 for daily duties. A lot more mod cons (see my previous list) and softer on the street. Also, 2nd hand can be picked up for a decent price now, just sold mine for 26500.

Had an emo x mr. Done quite well on the track, not the best fuel economy, but not terrible. Plenty of parts to mod if you want to go that way. Very comfortable day to day. Heated seats, auto lights and wipers, sat nav, cruise control, proximity entry and start. Would definitely recommend. But.... Maybe go for the lower spec to obtain the manual box. Get an aftermarket sat nav. All up to you. Or, if any are for sale already, the final edition, which is pretty much an mr with a manual box.

I think you and I see things a little diffently. With me, it's not that a fault occurred, it's how they handle rectifying it. I know mistakes happen, so long as they're fixed as quickly and competently as possible, I'm more likely to be happy.

so, you've never made a mistake? They happen. Even with machines involved. Hence you get WARRANTY. In most cases, (with only going off the supplied story and nothing else), once repaired and proven to not fault again, the MTA and ACCC would be satisfied, and the customer would be taking their original car.

Have not read article(?) but have heard about this story on the radio. By the sounds of it, they class any car with a malfunction as a lemon? If so, I strongly disagree. I class a lemon as a car that repeatedly faults. Whether it be the same concern, or a new one. Working in a stealer ship, I see some, and some genuine 1 offs. I actually bought a new car 2 weeks ago. Steering lock is louder than normal, but still works flawlessly. I wouldn't call it a lemon. Also, most one issues we see are iphail related. And most start after in iphail update. Very rarley (but still happen) do we get complaints of android phones. Seems apple just do what they want, and expect everyone else to sort it out.
