    yes people need to drive their cars to work. they also need to be in a roadworthy state. how would you feel if someone with bald tyres lost control in the wet, smashed into your parents, and made them quadraplegics? rules are there for a reason. see it this way, "well, i got away with it for this long".

    yes,i have seen anywhere from 2hrs to a couple of weeks.All depends on the officer issuing the defect. And the day they had.
