A lot of the Pirelli range, and the Continentals.
Also, some of the higher end Goodyears.
And let's not forget kumho KU36.
Bridgestone RE55S is one of the few that are both assymetrical, and directional.
Don't worry too much about water dispersal, they spent millions on development, I think they would work as intended.
