    If going onto the exhaust, it would evaporate. By the time the exhaust cools down, the cooling system has dropped pressure and stopped leaking.

    the water from the ac is normal.Ac removes the condensation in the air. It is possible to have a leak in the heater core, that won't initially come out, but will after enough leaks into the system.

    Taking less water, sounds more like an air lock. Keep an eye on level and gauges, as you're doing, and you shouldn't have any problems (even if there is a slight leak).

    There is a for/against debate on the larger studs. Have heard they can weaken the block due to less material, but obviously stronger studs. Dont have any actual proof. But, as I said, I ran 25 studs without problems, and will be reinstalling when reassembling.

    Just keep an eye on the level when cold. If it gets worse, or keeps using, get them to further inspect on final tune.

    Get arp rb25 head studs. No need to drill and tap the stud locations. The 25 studs are the right length for the 26 head, and the right size for the 30 block. The studs only clamp, the 2 collars locate. Have the 25 studs in my combo. Was pushing 450rwkw on 98. Often spun to 8-9k.

    Have a set of decent condition 32 door cards. No other trim available sorry. Strip that runs along glass is warped, should be able to swap the trim from your old card onto these. $80 for both.     What is the size of the piping? Just had a quick look at ces website, can't find sizes for these dumps/exhaust.

    Better fuel economy, because better torque. You don't have to ring it's neck now. On a road trip to Adelaide, I was getting the same economy as a 34gtt.
