  1. they dont ship direct to aus.By the time you take exchange into account, plus shipping from the states, it ends up being approx 470+ Also, a lot of very unhappy people on the forums over their customer service (or lack of) with warranty concerns. Don't get me wrong, great phone for the price, but local support would be better. I've got the xperia z2, and loving it. Being water resistant comes in handy too. Hope this helps.
  2. No worries, will keep an eye on the thread.
  3. Any chance of selling dumps separate? If so, how much?
  4. Much want, no money. Will have to save many pennies.
  5. What dumps and exhaust? If the back end is restrictive, it can greatly affect it. Going off what you have listed, I'm assuming theyre done, but you know what they say about assuming.....
  6. Was pushing mid 400s with a ryco on 98. E85 will be a different story due to the amount required.
  7. the quieter for me, the better.Less attention, means more surprise when you give it a hit. And i love the sound of my 30 at 8k through the 4 inch.
  8. Is it normal for the courses to be wetted down? I would have thought they should be as the weather is?
  9. Thanks. My machinist has told me the windage trays would foul the rods.
  10. Don't fret. I'm sure they know what they're doing. I have my idler in that locale, and didn't experience any issues.
  11. has the factory machined surface next to tensioner.Yes, it's better to run the higher idler, but not necessary. Also, depending on the machine shop, turn around times vary greatly. When i had my 30 done initially, was in and running in 2 months. But, I had to dick around with exhaust and such(getting it towed here and there, etc). Some machinists get backed up themselves and can take a couple of months. The people I use have an approx turn around of 2 weeks on a bottom end. Head work obviously takes different times. But.... It could all be done(theoretically) at the same time. As you said, a well equipped shop, that carries out these jobs for a living could do it in 1-2 months. But as already mentioned, they overbook because they don't like saying no. And once the engine is out, it's alot harder for you to just say that's it, and collect the car and go elsewhere. It's a shame really. I'd prefer to be told no, and given an alternative book in date further down the track, then keep getting stalled and impatient. Anyway, hope it's coming along well. Also hope mines ready by mid February, but doubt it due to crank and funds.
  12. do you have pics?Wanting to do this, but engine machinist is saying it won't fit/work. Would love to show pics saying otherwise.
  13. Welcome sir. Hasn't happened for a while.
  14. So, 1250 with no tyres? Correct me if I'm wrong, can't these be had for 1k new with no tyres?
  15. Thanks. Hmmmm. Wonder if I could modify to suit 32? Leave it with me.
  16. To suit which model?
  17. it does, but unless the car or driver are seen/announce the club name or association, how are they bringing the club into disrepute?
