    NOT FOR MAIN STUDS. use rb30 main studs. the mains are at the opposite end to the head, and the head makes no difference.

    for MAIN studs(crank cradle), use the rb30 studs. for the HEAD studs, use the rb25 studs. good luck with the build.

    no, due to the 10mm sump spacer, the the 30mm subframe spacers, it ends up being 40mm total.

    yeah. honestly, giving blood hasnt really affected me so far. I dont drink as much water as they want you to beforehand. and I didnt have that much to eat. felt fine. wife had food and water and got light headed. think I was born to give blood.
