    look on ebay for waterproof/shock resistant variants. surely some of the cheaper ones will have these features. or, buy a really good case/protector.

    ive raised the car about 1.5 inches since purchase 6 yrs ago. the dropped subframe 30mm. so pretty much back to where it started.

    engine bays are identical once stripped.

    slotted can be machined.but, alot of places wont. can damage the teeth if cut too deep, if cut shallow, can take too long and they dont get their monies worth/profit.

    josh, I have one at home (32) that ill measure for you tonight. iirc, the difference between the two, is the ac pulley section. its a larger diameter.

    I initially went 1000s because years ago when I got them, I wanted pkug n pkay, and they were much cheaper then 2000s.also, e85 was no where near readily available. will be getting some next stage though.
