something like DR2 would have the pearl mixed into the pigment base then you just apply clear over the top. ones like White pearl (QT1 3P) are a white base coat with 3 layers of pearl on top which cannot be replicated easily.

If someone had a gun to my head and I had to choose I would get the 250t RS FOUR V HICAS with black leather & sunroofs in Dark blue pearl <BW6> The one with the different ride height is the AR-X which is a "All road X(cross) over vehicle" (like a outback is to a liberty) it is 35mm longer, 30mm wider & 40mm higher than the rest of them.. it has 40mm more clearance than standard. advantages? meh

there are 3 main series: RX, RS and AR-X rx had beige suede/cloth or leather rs had black suede/cloth or leather ar-x is beige leather only i'm led to beleive.

later model neos did not have coloured writing on the engine cover. nothing doing. The 3 guage setup was standard in the RS FOUR S so someone has taken them out. Log book has been circled so the kays are most probably genuine. Yes the front guard has been repainted/replaced. That's why there are 2 X's. FYI its a 07/2000 build & 20K seems fair for a yellow manual. Wouldn't worry too much about a 3.5 rating. my car was this and had a few chips & scratches is all. The writing in the lower left says the steering wheel is slightly worn. others are general comments scratches low etc. in the box with the 280ps comment it says manual transmission & xenon headlamps (try to convince them not to remove on compliance) Overall seems like a good original example apart from a little wear in the front seat but whaddyagonnado?

When you say V I assume you mean RS? There was no X prime edition. this was only for the RS series. You could get the X in leather but it was Olive grey. some if the diffs would be no tiptronic option in X, and the interior was velour (which i prefer) not jacquard, among many others. The real povvo models were the G series. which look similar to the X's.

I'd say it won't as I believe it is hard wired to the oem unit. If the truth be known, the X series were the most optioned & Expensive of the Stageas. In fact the 25t X FOUR was the only one to come with the Navi/TV as standard.

Once again I'm happy to say Chook is 100% correct! It is the "steering audio switch" and it came as standard on the X series.
