  2. I'm a fan of the M-Sports kits. There not to over the top, nice smooth kit. I dont really have any good photos worth posting but hopefully someone can post some up cause id be interested to see as well Have a look at DMDtheimage website theyve got a few nice ones

  5. yeh? When i got sick of trying to get 5Zigen 5ZR's for it I decided on these. Always a fan of a nice 5 spoke design, and the machined face with black bacground on the spokes matches my car pretty well to. Thanks for the kind words anyway will post up some better photos when i get some, Mainly take photos with my phone and those 2 are the first ive taken with an actual camera in a while, will have to go somewhere better for some nicer snaps Only exterior mods i want now is to lower it a bit and put an M-sports kit on. But for now money is going to performance
  6. I wouldnt put anything less then 98 in mine, and havent done so since i got it. Japanese fuel is higher octane then australian fuel generally so id exect the minimum to be 98 I know people that have run there fairly stock skylines on 95 but it isnt terribly safe. id buy some octane booster to put in with every tank, peace of mind for an extra $10-$20 a tank really...

  8. lol at video Umm i think (in queensland anyway) Airhorns are legal so long as they dont play a tune. havent really looked into it much so maybe someone can confirm this?
  9. i found what looks like japanese parking permits or something... maybe a train ticket lol i dunno and a instruction manual and warranty card for HID lights which my car used to have, (aftermarket not GTR ones or anything) fairly annoyed they got taken out but oh well

  12. the pioneer ones are about 550 buks or so if u get them from the right place (from memory) and i would strongly recommend on not watching tv/dvd etc while driving. Ive done this b4 in my 33 and its pretty dangerous so I dont do it anymore
  13. i wired it, and all i did was run a wire from the stock plug for power, to a switch inside, back to the controller, then earthed to chassis. Bit weird, didnt play with any wiring just fed a dual core (was actually formerly a power cord from some kind of appliance) through the firewall then pulled it through, did the switch. everything was soldered and sealed etc etc. so yeah a bit weird.
  14. Hi I have a series 1 R33 GTS-t. It has aftermarket alarm/imobiliser/central locking and usually it locks the passanger door when car goes over 25kmh that was all fair enough as expected. Recently, its been tempremental, sometimes it will work as just described, other times as soon as the ignition key is turned to 'ON' both doors lock immediatly. This happens more so at night then any other time :S Started happening a week or 2 after wiring up a dual stage boost controller. anyone have any idea whats going on here?
  15. it is possible, ether running the 3 inch pipe into a collector then out to two smaller, maybe 2 x 2inch pipes or something go talk to an exhaust shop, that would be the best way to find out prices, wat options u have etc as for sound, ill say yes it will sound different
  16. didnt think of that, could have leftovers from the old turbo lodged in the cat anyways as someone already said... and i know its simple an more then likely not this, but is ur boost gauge connected properly? i.e when under vacum the hose is sucking itself into a sealed position on the back but then when it makes boost its blowing off so that its not sealing. dare say that blockage in the exhaust is a good one
  17. My pioneer Head unit (Double DIN DVD Screen) didnt have a wire for the anteena. On the wiring diagram it used the amp power on wire as the same for the anteena one so that means the anteena would be up all the time as long as the unit was on. I just left it off, later i connected it through a switch so i could control when the anteena went up and down but i dont have a problem picking up radio without the anteena up

  19. Come on someone must have had this problem, ive seen R33 series 1 m specs running around with FMIC and the indicators/fog lights still in there so there must be something u can do, hacking the lights up im guessing atm.

Hi Done a quick search and havent found wat i needed and want to try and get my car bak together tonight got the frount mount in and im up to putting the front bar back on but the fog/driving lights (watever u want to call them) and indicator light combo thing in the front bumper is hitting on the cooler. What have people done to overcome this? quick replies would be much appreciated Its a 1994 R33 Series 1 with an m-spec front bar Cheers
