before i had a full exhaust turbo back decat 3" no res only a trust muffler @ end and it sounded quite as, think those trust jasma mufflers do alot. now i got 3.5" => trust res into two 2.5" going to two 3.5" blast pipes. now it sounds tough as but a bit to loud for daily use. almost 80% of people will turn their heads and look and 100% of police. but i still cream my pants everytime i hear it

hrm after reading more i dont think my 740 injectors will handle it. 1000 is the next step

wondering if i should try e85 on my new engine build. running a fully built rb25 with cams and all the other goodies needed, running a turbonetics gtk550 so its slightly larger then a gt35, will prob run about 24-27psi. any idea what power i might beable to hit?

i have around 200rwkw on a stock turbo ran on a mainline dyno . i know running 13 psi isn't great for it but hasn't died yet. waiting for turbo to choke it self soo i have a good excuse to install my new one in. but still waiting for it to die and its not showing any signs so far of it giving up. put it on a happy dynodynamics dyno and u will get 280hp on stock turbo.

while u at it might aswell change to ls2 then u wont have to worry about turbo lag. unless u want to twin turbo it aswell

looks close as and i just noticed its slightly bigger then a gt35. just hope it fits or else top mount here i come never heard people mention anything about engine mounts getting in the way in a hks lowmount manifold before today. learn new things everyday.

the old turbotronics wernt surpose to be that good but ive heard from alota people the new gtks are surpose to be a monster. well at least it looks like one

just wondering if anyone has ever tried to put a gtk550 on a hks cast iron lowmount manifold? thinking trying out one of those new gtk turbos but now im thinking about clearance issues anyone know if it will fit or if the physical size of it is any bigger then a gt35?

just opened it up doesnt seem to bad diaphragm isnt rip or anything but looks old, is that alright? theres a bit of rust inside just clean that up i guess. also have a hks copy somewhere aswell guess ill just mix and match parts if things come to worse. anything i should take into account when doing all this?

anyone know if its possible to reco/service an old hks ext wastegate? if u know of any places can u let me know feeling a bit poor at the moment dont really want to fork out 500-600 on a new gate just to scare people off their bikes and old ladies thanks
