Saw this thread late last year but didnt have anything to add then. Ill be testing a few of these turbos to see how they go (on a 3rz hilux) so will post back results when it happens. Thought id let you guys know that a mate is doing a group buy at the moment for the master power turbos (hes the sole distributor in AUS). Any turbo in the range for $900. please guys this is urgent, someone MUST KNOW.

My hilux runs gtr injectors and yesterday i found one to be leaking from the body. I found 4 x gtr injectors, and chucked one in, to find that it doesnt work, and im thinking that the different models are not interchangeable. Can anyone shed some light on this matter. Are the r32/33/34 injectors different? The ones currently in my car have no: 0J50 - 0604N, replacement injectors have 0A50 - 0707D Can anyone help out? Need to get my car running asap. sorry to hijack, but whilst we are on the conversation of large turbos i need a little help. When my 2.6 astron was dyno'd last time, the boost controller we were using had problems, and boost couldnt be increased any more than 14psi. The turbo is a hi-flowed t04 with a 1.06 a/r exhaust housing, sierra rear wheel etc. Power was 303hp atw approx 225kw atw. If what im reading is correct, large turbo's like this wont reach their efficiency till after 20psi depending on the specifics (i have no idea about the flow charts of this turbo etc)? So i should expect something around the 350hp atw mark and upwards with the turbo boosted to around 20psi?

As above, bought thinking it could be reprogrammed to suit my application, though it cant, its got the base map for a s1 r33, has old loom, no handcontroller. Asking 600 though any reasonable offer will be accepted! [email protected]

Bought yesterday second hand though found out today it cant be modified for my application (4cyl motor) as microtech has discontinued service on these models (MT's). Comes with loom to suit rb25, no hand controller $600 Brisbane [email protected]

The engine (4g54) is currently making 303rwhp @14psi using a hiflowed to4 (1.06a/r exhaust, .60a/r comp). Fullboost is somewhere around 4500rpm, and am looking to change for something that makes similar power but which has usable power lower down in the rev range. Is it possible? Perhaps go for something a little newer/BB - GT range? Is it possible to make similar power, having usable power down low or are my expectations too high? Suggestions?

Its a little difficult reading your post what you actually are asking! If you want to know who to goto with regards to ripping the g/box out, removing the old clutch and throwing in the new one, then email me at [email protected] !!!!! I have a good mechanic i have used for 2 clutch installs and they are very good. BUT he is over the southside, so may not be appropriate for you.

Mine is a custom unit - 1.06 a/r exhaust housing, .60 comp, sierra exh wheel. Max boost of 20psi, may have misjudged the 4k fullboost thing (20psi) but this is what i have been told by the previous owner. I cant test it myself as im still running in the engine.

I have a hiflowed to4 on my 2.6 4cyl, and it hits full boost by 4k. It should go nicely on a 2.5l 6!

What is the rb25 turbo stock boost level? what about vg30/rb20 etc.

that pipe can withstand temps up to 150'C. it also can do lots of other shit, just cant remember. Dont worry about it though, ive already made my pipe up
