I saw one of these today, 325 though, but i gotta say looked very nice. Heaps longer looking than the old 46. But you guys have forgotten one of the coolest beeemer coupes, see pic below of my little sr20 project......What do you reckon bmw will give me for it as a trade.... lol

Yeah, sorry, no secrets to be had here, if there was i wouldn't have a build up thread. The simple answer is when i brought the car it was blown up due to hydrolic lock. So i've still never actually driven the car. When i got it it had AVCR, Power FC, Larger Fuel Pump, Turbo back 3inch, FMIC, Pod. So only some basic mods. I know from experience that most series 2 r33 injector collars are purple. Mine, as mentioned are brown. I thought someone may have come accross some brown ones, be they stock or aftermarket, and may have been able to identify them. So yeah nothing to hide, just that what i have done to the car has no bearing on what was previously fitted to the car, so nothing to hide, just didn't think it was relavent.. Again, if anyone might know that would be great. PS, the old owner didn't have any idea either.... Cheers

I'm not sure why you would need to know what the other mods were to identify the colours of the injectors. For example, i know what most of the nismo collars etc are, but neither my mechanic or myself have seen this colour before, but so far seems to be getting heaps of fuel, so will have to wait and see when we tune her up.

Would you have a 3/4 pic of car. These look like the disk a type all round, just wanna check what theyre profile is like. Cheers

Well, i gotta tell you guys how great it was to find this thread.(a mate mentioned it to me) It made me go through, dust and polish my collection and then take a few photos. Hi Guys, I've just had some serious work done on my engine (series 2 gtst). I'm pretty sure the stock injectors have a purple colar, mine are brown and when tuning had to cut out alot of fuel, so i'm assuming they are after market, can some one help me work out what they are??? Cheers

Ok guys i can't seem to find much relating to this so i'll ask you myself. I have just built a serious bottom end and was going to then save for a Trust TD06 High mount kit. But when the motor went back together we found the Turbo was GOOOOONNNEEEE! So i had to make a snap decision and spend what i had left in the bank. What that has bought me a beand new GTRS. With all the supporting mods ie. Cams, cam gear, FC, AVCR, etc etc. what sort power should i be looking at. Cheers and thanks for your help.
