try injector clean as ive done recently and fuel consumption had been improved about 2 or 3 less litre per 100km i had 16 or 17litre per 100km before and now getting around 13litre per 100km my mod is bov and air filter thats it. scan you vehicle and if there are nothings wrong or faluty do clean your injector. injector needs to be cleaned every 70k or 50k the cost is around 280 to 360. most of the cost is labour if you can take the injectors out, take them out youselve and take them to mechanics. for just clean them it wont be expesive nothing technical when clean them if they have machine cheers paul

my light usually comes on around 10 or 15 litre left in tank and R34 tank is 60litre 50 litre is may be after light comes on im doing around 13 or 14litre per 100km before clean the injector i had 16 or 17 litre per 100km been improved after injectors and i bought SAFC and waiting to be install and tune 100% city driving no highway.. may be around 5km hightway from artarmon to city (gorehill freeway) im happy now but i was expect 11 or 12litre per 100 i hope i achive that rate after SAFC!

i think my problem is the last one.. cross over is bolted on inside of door trim just 3cm above the front speaker ive got good RCA.. dont know how much but not cheap and nasty one lol not sure about the ground guage... dont have voltage metre but ill check the ground resistance later when the guy installed my system, he took the screw driver looking voltage metre on somewhere in amp and somewires behind the deck area and he told me the deck dont have enough power.. i saw the light from voltage metre doesnt bright enough compare to aothers.. cheers paul

i dont understand wire inside the rca's as a remote mean..... i kept RCA when i took the systems from previews car and i used that rca on my skyline. and he just wire them on to my car.... not sure he remote the rca or something... ill check the wires inside the boot anyway thanks for your help mate! really learns many things from forum!lol cheers paul

hum... not sure.. i dont know how he installed but he didnt soldered the wires.. just black taped.. RCA (blue line) is going through passengers side and power(red line) going driver side. is it could be because not soldered and insulated? as far as i know it doesnt really different whether soldered or taped with electrical tape(black)...isnt it? i dont know i cant spend another 200 or 300 for insulation and soldering... may be i can do around 100 bucks if i ask him to do it.. but he will say its not going to be different.. also all wires to amp is all over the place in my boot.. its been tightend by strap but its not very tidy..

anyone upgraded earth kit on R34 gtt? can i please have a picture of how you guys installed where did you earthed on and which kit did you put? i might have earth problem but auto electrician never mentioned about earthing... my car died after turn my car off..... no electrical flow what so ever... alarms not work, lights not work...... anything.. i ended up disconnect the battery... when i put my spener onto postive(red) huge~~~~ sparks were occured... i actually fun$kn freaked out!!! may be that spark let electrical flow through... the alarm and lights could work after that spark... it was weired...... anyway.. im just thinking its because electrical cannot earth properly... i have 400RMS amp and speakers and 1x12 subs.. and dodgy ebay dvd player anyway! its not the point.. anyone have picture of upgraded earth kit on R34 gtt????? please tell me which kit did you use aswell!!! thanks!! paul

i was try to do retro on my R34... but i dont think i cant do it... might i screw all up... i try to find OEM xenon... but i cant find them.. anyone know where i can find? i must import from japan right? if anyone did it.. can i please have the pictures? cheers paul

guys i changed my mind... i bought ebay one and installed..... yes they had reason why they are so cheap... the engine noise.... the dvd player doesnt produce enough power... not the wattage they produce.. the voltage they produce... they made of cheap fu$kn wires or components.. i tried filters through ignition wire and everything to get rid of the noise... cant.. just cant.. because it has problem with deck never buy cheap electrical stuff from ebay...yes it does go wrong.... ~!@#$%^&

wow jack you are the champion! lol what a writing! thanks man! i gotta just take another amp out.. and just connect each 4 spaekers onto each channel of amp... and may be wire which the installer did is gone something wrong...my RHS headlights are gone, i tried other bulb but still not working. so i took it to the auto electrician and fix them. he said my negative makes heat. so he changed connection and changed connections on right hand side head lights. it was work! this evening... i was driving out from shopping centre... the RHS head light was gone again!!!! there were no drainage in battery (he checked)... this happened after sound system installed..... f**k so many problem man! anyway thanks jack!

did you mean search on hidplanet forum or a web site? on website there are only porsche and RS6 or s6... found s2000 projector on US ebay ive got a dimension from seller but... which dimension should i have to consider to know whether its going to fit on my R34??? just lens dimension? or full braket? the seller gave me this: Honda S2000 Height: 105.60mm Diameter = 71.70mm Width Trimmed from the stock bracket= 113.50mm Length = 135.30mm Length(seat of the lens to mounting holes) = 41.40mm Length(mounting holes to end of bulb) = 93.90mm cheers paul

would honda s2000 projector fit R34 GTT? im just thinking retro my R34.. doesnt matter its bixenon or not just wanna do lo beam and somebody said s2000 one is bigger than euro.. anyone have dimensions of s2000?

just fit one today! actually its second time i been trying... last time i was trying to use same bush as genuine one.. i ended up break this up...lol i bought it from nissan and... this time i heated the bush with hair dryer.... and pushed with little force and it got in.. anyway last time i just put the shifter in and secured by the both circlips... and...it was very~~~ loose!! this time i secured by the plates and... now its re~~~~ally shortened... very firm and very quick!@!! love it ~ thanks for the thread man!
