  1. The wagon is great not only for the ability of fitting 3 car seats in the back (3intheback) it also allows for mountains of stuff in the boot. When the missus said we really needed a wagon, this was pretty much all i would look at, along with the Legacy. In saying this though, the rear seats don't really have as much space as you'd imagine on a wagon of this size. And I keep rubbing my pants on the rear wheel when i put my little one in her seat, black marks on the pants just before going out isn't a good look. The wife does the same so i'd be interested if any other people have that problem.
  2. Chassis No. WGNC34-139324 Is that all you need?
  3. I did the same about 4-5 months back. I got the dealer to register the car in Vic (3 months) and then transferred the rego after i drove it back here. Needed a VIN check only, but car was pretty much 99% stock. If you can get the car back to stock, it's all pretty easy.
  4. The grill looks nice with the Dayz front bar. I've seen it with the standard front bar and it doesn't look anywhere as nice. Strangely enough i believe it's the grill for the "lower" models, but i like it! Might be looking for a similar exhaust in the near future, can i get a similar discount from car toys do you think? btw, i've recently changed my O2 sensor so if you need to borrow the O2 socket I can give you a hand. I'm in Payneham.
  5. My Xenon's were put back after compliance and the switch works fine.
  6. Is it converted to manual as well?
  7. Welcome. Where are the photos! Where are you ordering your exhaust from? I'm looking at one for my S2 too but am still shopping around. What does the Greddy Power Extreme like in terms of sound? Loud or quiet?
  8. They don't have to be the same tyres. As long as the rolling dimension is the same or within something like a 2% tolerance (don't quote me on the exact percentage) it's fine. This is to allow for wear and tear. i have different profile tyres front and back but the rolling dim is nearly the same (R - 235/45/17, F - 215/50/17)
  9. Looks awesome Dan, always had a soft spot for the Evo's. Very nice colour too.
  10. Cue in Pixel8r! I've got an S2 as well and get about 15-16L/100km all city driving. But i think the missus doesn't drive very light footedly, not that she boost or anything, just that she tends to press and release throttle and she uses the car 95% of the time. The 5% that i use it is spent boosting mostly so i can't complain. Was definitely hoping for better consumption as the more fuel efficient Stags seem to get 12 around town.
  11. hq should be good tomorrow night, one of the tv rock guys is playing i believe.
  12. Count me in too! Except my spots of rust are on the bonnet and roof. None under the mirror. Tiny and small but i know they're there! Sorry for hijack.
  13. Still... servicing the R35 is cheaper then all other cars that do 100kmh in 3.5secs i'd imagine. I heard all the new Ferrari's require a 100k service every 20k and that the belts must all be genuine parts. I think what we're forgetting here is that once the car is here, the R35 is a pretty exclusive "super" car with matching performance. I wonder how much the 100k service cost for a 911 turbo....
  14. Shudder when braking usually means warped brake disc. Easily machined flat again, usually. Dunno about the other problem but yes, boost kicks in at about 2500rpm.
  15. ahahaha... nearly swallowed my chewy when i read that.
  16. wow... that DID sound good!
  17. I on the other hand have a very nice 2 year old daughter from Asian and Caucasian parentage. Easy to care for, doesn't cry.... much. Cash your way?
  18. ahahahahha!
  19. Eddy, that's his name, i very nearly bought a car off him, but he didn't really have the car advertised and offered me something different instead... needless to say i ran for the hills!
  20. It's not a dealership, just a guy who imports/exports on the side.
  21. sinistagst (dan) is an electronics engineer by trade, pretty sure he'd do stereo installs. He wired up up my boost gauge to my lights, i recommend him.
  22. that cars been for sale for at least 6 months.
  23. Shit that sucks. Were they free range? In all seriousness, must be people that live close to you, neighbours etc... maybe set up a webcam?
  24. "I had two cordias but recently i sold one of them so that leaves me with one cordia which i have now but i wouldve had two if i havent sold the other one" hahahahahahaha.... why you so like that one.
