  1. Car goes in for panel work tomorrow. When finished i'll be in for sure.
  2. Maybe i should have put a disclaimer down with my bid. *My car has newish tyres, i don't really need these ones. But if i can get them for a really good deal on a forums for sale section, i will get them for emergency purposes. Feel free to ignore the offer, most people will understand*
  3. Yeah spewin i missed out too, looks like it would have been fun in the wet too Next one i'm there for sure, get the ding fixed and kit sorted out next week.
  4. Got those on the rears at the moment, seem alright, definitely not as grippy as the Toyo Teo's I had before. But for the price, pretty good. Apparently they are rebadged Kumho's according to the tyre guy
  5. hmm... got a 4yr old b'day party to take my girl to @ 2pm, might have to give this one a miss unfortunately. What time is the meet? might come out just to check out your 260 adam.
  6. I eat my words, although the back resembles the m35, that still looks hot. Apart for the a-pillar shite... but then, that's like saying that chick is smokin, apart for that gap between her front teeth.
  7. ahahha... maybe free syringes too?
  8. What's the vip business? Is it something you pay extra or what? Cannot wait to see Going to be a good day for it.
  9. Anyone here going to FMF tomorrow?
  10. Gee i thought i had it bad driving 25mins there!
  11. Looks damn fine, from the front, unfortunately not a big fan on the M35 back, which is what this one probably looks like. Imagine pulling up behind this thinking it's a M35 then passing it and seeing that front!
  12. That's gold, where do you get them done? How much?
  13. Exactly, hence the bag and rag technique.
  14. Undo filter a little, enough so it's not tight, get a plastic bag, cover entire filter with bag, undo the rest of the filter through the bag. Hopefully most of the oil left over in filter ends up in bag. Oh, and also a rag under the filter for good measure.
  15. Series 2 has 3 points on the ceiling too. I have 2 baby seats (well, 1 capsule and 1 seat) at the back of mine and can still fit an adult as well at the back when needed. Then ofcourse theres the boot...
  16. My S2 just had the 100k service, runs beautifully, probably better then when i bought it at 80k. After service, i'm getting 12.5L/100km city driving with air con most of the time. Mods are hi-flow panel, 3" turbo back exhaust running @ 9psi.
  17. Hey mike, i didn't know that was an adl car. Have you seen it around? Does it come out cruising? Would like to see it in the flesh.
  18. Most stag owners have found that if you let the rb breathe better you'll get better consumption with general driving. I found that after the 100k service the car ran far more efficiently as well. But don't forget, you're still lugging 1700+kgs so you won't get much better then 11-12L/100km around town. But jeez you'll do it with a smile on your face!
  19. That's interesting, i must say i didn't really noticed gear speed changes when i went from stock to 3" cat/catback and from that to front/dump pipe. If anything i thought it held the revs up higher during 2-3-4, as in the revs didn't drop as much. Fuel economy's definitely improved though. More so after the 100k service.
  20. That looks hot. Unfortunately mine won't look as nice, standard ride height. Mike's on the other hand... looks like it'd scrape cat eyes!
  21. I love the pop off... so you're saying it used to hold the 2-3-4 gears for longer?
  22. Enjoy sleeping for longer then 4 hrs straight while you can!
  23. or "1337" even...
  24. Stealth? Only when somone is trying to catch up! I pity the possum getting tangled (sic) in that!!
