A lady from Blits bodykits emailed me a measurement of 46cm from bottom of headlight to bottom of bar. Choco or Mike, can one of you confirm this, if possible? Do you reckon yours Mike which is an original will be exactly the same dimensions as these copies?

A bit of debate on that apparently... ADR specifications but not officially approved. Will ADR affect the front bar as well?

Eyebrow height 320mm? Bloody hell... that's low! If my calcs are right, the bar will only be ~40mm lower then the existing one. I can live with that. Thanks mike.

my guard to centre wheel measures 380mm. Which would give me 130mm according to Stage1. Mike, yeah i realise yours is dumped! Mike, if you could give me the measurement from point A to point B along with the measurement from wheel arch to centre of wheel and clearance that would be great (like what Stage1 did). I'll get Rube to do the same with his. thanks

feck me that's low... looks like i'll scratch that idea then. Might go the Type M from Viva after all by the looks of things. That looked about 40-50mm lower then the existing Dayz bar. EDIT: Which do you guys reckon is lower, the Type M or the Dolphin type one?

There is a bit of debate on this whether it's worth putting on heat wrap on a s/s dump pipe. My understanding is whilst hotter temps are better for exhaust flow, the inability for the s/s to expel heat if it's wrapped up isn't good for it.

And if a deposit is received I'm pretty sure that's a binding agreement isn't it? He'd have to proof that he has to leave the country or something. Full refund of all expenses helps a little i suppose.

What size rims/tyres have you got on? Only way to check i suppose is to get the tyre fixed, put back on and see if you still have the same symptoms. This is a constant worry for me as well, i'm running on 235/45/17's and yet to have a flat. But then, I've never had a flat (touch wood) in 20 years of driving.

Don't know... The hole/thread just needs to be a smidgen bigger i suppose.

I've recently installed a JJR bellmouth dump/front pipe on my RB25DET S2 Stagea. The O2 sensor doesn't screw all the way in the new pipe, about 2 whole turns or so more. It's tight though, so i'm pretty sure there's no gas escaping. Is this a problem? i.e. the sensor doesn't go all the way into the opening? Any ideas if it's worth fixing? Maybe an exhaust place can make the opening bigger?
