Anyone local got a steering column for a 32 gts-t they no longer need? The splines on mine are worn and I'm not keen on losing steering at some point. Cheers

Do you mean the ones that are designed to wake people up if they've dozed off at the wheel? I can see their usefulness. Though I've had people try and tell me they can throw your wheel alignment off

Yesterday I saw a 33 with chrome wheels (looked like the Ford Acid Rush colour) about mid-afternoon in Fyshwick and a blue 33 with Advan-style tri-spokes on Northbourne going past Dickson after work.

I did with mine, though mine's an R32. Had to cut a hole in the vertical surface beneath where the battery sits. Went out and bought a 4" hole saw to do it too if you need to borrow it, though the auger's screwed.

Sounds like it'll be a beast. It'll be awesome when that gets to the track. Honestly there's not much to do between now and the day. Now that my week permit is over I'll wind the preload on the front coils back down, probably should do a service. I got my tyres from Jax yesterday (hope 6 rears last me the day). Might see if I can find out why it wasn't boosting past 0.9bar on the dyno the other day. That's about it. It's a bit of a budget car so there's not all that much to it.

Hi all, Over the past few months the good people at JaxQuickfit Belconnen have been kind enough to give me second-hand tyres and allow me to destroy them at the track. They've asked me to spread the word that they'll be having a 'huge' wheel sale on the 15th and 16th of June to clear all their current stock. They've got heaps of aftermarket and domestic model wheels and they'll be selling them at cost price or less from both the Belconnen and Fyshwick stores.
