I have owned this car for the last 10 years and took it off the road about 5 years ago when I bought a daily driver. An R33 S2 wreck was purchased, with all the good bits being reconditioned and transplanted into the R32. My original vision was to build a fun, fast weekend/track car to play with. A bigger motor in a lighter car with gearbox and diff to match, bigger brakes to deal with the increased horse power, tomei poncams, Greddy front facing plenum, intercooler, new heavy duty clutch plus all the supporting mods required to build a really fast, really fun car to drive. Quality parts were sourced and no expenses were spared. Aesthetically, it is in good condition for its age. It has a couple of minor imperfections, stone chips etc. The biggest of which is a small dent in the passenger rear panel. I have recently detailed the car and cleaned it from head to toe. The platform has been created, however I am no longer in a position to complete the project. All it needs is a tune and it will be an awesome, fun and fast car. Good to drive daily, a weekend warrior or even kept as a classic car. However, with a bigger turbo and some injectors you are looking at an extremely fun car that will also be really powerful to boot. The choice is yours. All supporting modifications have been done; the question is really how far you want to take it. hahah this thread can go forever. but my biased opinion says R32 definetly, its a real nice looking car and can reach 200kw with just turbo, cooler, exhaust and decent tune. for a daily much more than 200kw becomes a hassle. i think the 32 is best because 1) i own one and 2) the way it makes u feel when u drive it, even tho it lacks down low power the engine its quite agressive when u get the revs going and can feels good to chuck around. lol theres my 2 cents.

hey as the title suggests, im curious as to what sizes of hose i need in order to replace the old ones in my 32. if anyone could help me out with width, length and where i can get em from, it would be appreciated. cheers

mm havent checked my switch on the clutch.. but yea i think it was afm.. time to get a new one i think.. after i cleaned it out resoldered the pins inside and made sure all the wires were fine, the car ran like normal.. but every now and again it acts up as if its not even connected. thanks for the help btw why would i check the switch on my clutch pedal??

anyone??? i know there are some smart guys on this forum help me out..! just to b certain i checked my afm and ensured pins still soldered, also cleaned it out with some crc, will update tmw if problem persists..

hi all, lately my car has stalled a few times and sometimes, while driving, shut off then come back on.. i had a prob similar to this a while ago and diagnosed it as afm, i fixed it up as the pins came off solder. but last time when it was afm the idle would go crazy and stall all the time. this time it doesnt, it will shut off or stall maybe once a trip and the idle would sit perfectly on around 650-750.. any suggestions?? does an old fuel filter cause any of this?? cheers
