Hi I'm after a good working condition r32 Rb20 Aircon compressor Brisbane area PM Thanks
-
Will the RB25 aircon compressor fit without any mods or does it need new hoses? I know they both use the same brackets Or should I just stick to the older RB20 compressor and convert it to use R134a?
-
You just need some socket extensions and just feel where the bolts are and you should be able to remove and reinstall it from the top.

Where can you buy a Trial Front bar? http://www.auto-style.jp/item_img/TRY20211110001.jpg Thanks

Have you checked the brand of the rear coilovers? More pics
-
How much for the passenger side interior trim for the quarter panel? What's the condition of the coilovers? More info? And price for the set f&r

Can the drift brand control low and high speed? Don't really need a controller as the switch and relays can do that

I've been looking at tridon dual switch Which one would be best suited for the rb25 I can get one if those radiator adaptor that you fit between the hose but they all have only 1/8 npt thread. That can be fixed by tapping a new thread.
-
That's ONLY IF the switch fails as I mentioned

Hi I'm wanting to install a ford twin thermo fans in my R32 with RB25 Stock fan was removed by previous owner , and I've got a twin thermo ready anyway so thought might just use that. And I've read the stock fan vs electric fans debate. Anyone here done this swap ? 1. I would like to know how do you mount the twin thermo shroud to the radiator after trimming it? 2. How do you wire it up so that if the switch fails the thermos will run constant while the engine is running. I've read that you can replace the bottom radiator hose switch with a tridon model and hook this up to switch the relay and then the fans on. Anyone know which tridon switch? Is it the TFS141? What happens to the wire connected to the old switch ? Or do I just reconnect that and splice a new wire to go to the relays. Also the thermo fans are dual speed, how do I get that working properly with the wiring? Thanks in advance and sorry if I've asked too many questions

I've cleaned mine last week and it didn't solve the throttle to start Should the valve/wheel be fully closed the one where the spring attached to?

Hi Anyone knows where I can my skyline to get my microtech lt8 adjusted/tuned as its idling a bit high? Or If anyone had any knowledge on how you can adjust the idle using the microtech software if I buy the connector kit. I have the microtech dash but can't find any info about it. The website states I can program the ecu with the dash but I couldn't it's just displaying the data. Any ideas?

What's the hose sizes of the AAC valve ? Need to get an adapter to plug it in as I'm gonna be using a rb20 crossover pipe on my rb25det in my r32 Thanks

Does anyones r32 with rb25 crossover pipe/stock bov hit the R32 bonnet? I got mine with the rb20 crossover pipe and thought I'd use the rb25 but its hitting my bonnet.

Where's a good place to take my car get the idle sorted out in south side brissy. I always pass Elite Automotive at Archerfield but I always see fords and holdens. I've replaced the aac and recheck for leaks and I think blink_elk is right the microtech comp needs adjusting. Anyone knows if its hard to do? if I buy the dongle as I can alway disconnect the microtech dash and plug it on to my laptop
-
I need a rb25det crossover pipe with the hose that connects to the AAC valve Need one tomorrow Sunday Brisbane area Thanks

It's running LT-8 but I don't have a cable and software to plug in to a laptop yet. I've been researching and most threads point either to replacing AAC Or air regulator or cleaning which I've done. But really wanting to replace the AAC valve as the previous owner installed a RB20 AAC valve and made a metal plate to fit on the rb25 plenum. I can't find any info or instructions in regards to the Microtech Dash. Some forums states its only displaying data but microtech have them listed as displaying and also program the ecu. So not sure really as I've never played with these before. Anyone got a diagram of how the hoses of AAC and air regulator should be connected?
-
If I disconnect the brown plug for the AAC it idles down and can be set to the right idle speed. As soon as you plug it back idles back right up.
-
I've got this one hose that's been blocked by the previous owner. It's coming from under the plenum above the oil dipstick. It's the smaller hose just above the dipstick holder from the pic It's the hose resting in the top radiator hose
-
I've cleaned the air regulator the one under the plenum. Also cleaned the throttle body and made sure its fully closed at close position. I've got a microtech dash and its displaying the tps at 0% on idle. Cold start idles at 1120 rpm Warms up it idles around 1250rpm This driving me nuts What else can I check ?

How do you fix deep gouges on polished aluminum wheels? They are not painted just have the polished finish. Is there a filler with a finish that can look like a polished aluminum? I can sand the other scratches but the deep ones will leave low spots. Cheers
