Nearly New Apexi Power Intake Pod Filter Dual Funnel Air Cleaner universal with adaptor to fit on 3" pipe was bought from a mate with a performance shop and was a demo model very clean no dirt or grime on the filter honestly like new. It was trial fitted on my old car and was taken off as I sold the car without it. Location: Brisbane will post at buyers expense. Price: $50 FIRM wont budge so dont ask. what skyline do you have? stock or modified? search those bov in youtube and theres a few there you can watch you might have stalling issues when you swap your stock to atmo bov

so do you have it?

can you just use the cork gasket type you buy from supercheap/autobarn?

called up places here in brissy and they seem pretty new to HKS EIDS as well, so still no luck

the car is equipped with stock fuel pressure regulator and stock fuel pump

its a bit risky buying 2nd hand especially sensors, how do you know if its in good working order?

I'm used to it as well just a quick blip while you start the car and away she goes. But to me I just want to fix it as it shouldnt be acting like that.

Cubes your issue is a bit different cos you getting it when engine is warm.

how much roughly for a new sensor?

you can buy new one for like $40

is that healthy for the turbo? to me thats like blocking the air a little bit cos it making air turbulence and not escaping smoothly.

removed the orange wire from wire connected on pin 38 and moved it to pin 56 and its the same no changes

Just double checking on the HKS EIDS manual ORANGE wire for TPS signal is supposed to be connected to pin 38 which according to my R32 manual its the Throttle Opening Output and pin 56 is the Throttle Sensor Output Signal Is it right on pin 38 or should it be on pin 56? Also what colour is the wire for the TPS pin 38 and pin 56 thanks

car runs beautiful no idling issues and doesnt blow smoke or running too rich so I dont think its the injectors

I know the issue you get when you install an atmo BOV but I'm trying to make it work as it should work properly or bearable. As I'm using an electronic idle stabiliser from HKS and using HKS bov, and I've searched online that there's a lot of success rate from installing this combo. But not much help on actually tuning it. So please if anyone's got any idea do post on this thread. if you're just going to tell me to put the stock bov make your own thread.

it will still sound high pitched, I've got one on my rb20 and still getting stalling issue

cranks fine Rekin very similar but mine goes to normal cold start idle like 1500rpm, your's a bit low... Yes just blip the throttle and everythings fine. But I still want to sort it out as it shouldnt be like that. what does the cold start air valve looks like? is it like the air regulator?

HI I need a shop to check my install and tune the HKS EIDS for me as I cant get it to work like it should. Anyone knows a place in brissy that will tune this for me? or had experience with this unit? I will go back to plumb back as soon as I get over the sound, so no going back to stock comments please Thanks heaps.
