Hi I'm trying to register my newly acquired 1990 R32 and just got few issues with QLD Transport The car was imported privately by previous owner, but I will be the 1st owner to register. Car got complied with the Mod/Blue Plate with code L01 Aust Design Rules Comp. 1st issue no year stamp on the car's plates (jap and mod/comliance plate) 2nd Need import paperwork now what import paper work do I need to provide? I called the previous owner and he said he'll get the people who complied it to email me a copy. Now is this copy acceptable or do I need the original papers? *note I'll post this in the QLD section for reference please advice Thanks in advance

in QLD it is and under 15yr private import they have it on the "Mod Plate" but code is L01 for Australian Design Rule Compliance I just want to know how to prove this to my mechanic, he wont look at the computer...

Hi I need to fix some bits to pass my roadworthy check Parkers dont light up but the tail lights work when you set it to parkers. Fog light not working as well, the switch button on the dash cluster front bar light not working as well, 1 is working here's the switch button, II is the inner ones and the I is the outer but not working Now havent checked the bulbs 1st but can it be my fuses? as 3 items are not working both sides as well which is weird for me... Does someone have english translation of the fuse diagram? And what type bulbs are parkers, outer front bar lights, and fog lamps Thanks in advance

Hi My car failed Roadworthy check today as the mechanic cannot find the build date or year of the car. The car has a Blue Mod Plate with L01 code on it and the australian chassis number but no year. The Blue nissan plate has no build date as well. Where can I find what year is my car? to prove it to the mechanic and QLD Transport. Please advice. Thanks heaps in advance

had a look where the stock one goes and its gonna be hard to drill a hole on the headlight side to attach the "L" metal bracket I'll play around with it till I get a stock one.

found it! cleaned it the dust covered the whole area and couldnt even tell that theres a flat metal plate on there. Thanks everyone

Hi I need a space saver tyre for my R32 GTS-4 and the bracket that holds/clamps it down. If anyone got a spare or one that they dont use I'd be glad to buy it off you. Must be in good condition. Thanks

I tried again this morning and no luck... here's some pics can someone please point it out to me where exactly it is please... getting frustrated looking for the engine number. is it somewhere here? and what's this number on the alternator bracket? Thanks in advance

I dont really like to drill holes on the tray... and I think it will be a little difficult cos of the space and angle

Hi I just bought my 1st R32 and it doesnt have a battery clamp. Can I just buy one of those in supercrap stores? I cant find any holes on the tray to poke the L shape clamps you get from supercrap. Better if anyones here in Brisbane got a spare battery clamp. Also when I 1st start the car it kinda wants to stall straight away unless I press the pedal once to get the rev up and it idles fine... When I had a look at the car it wasnt doing this, but the battery was flat as it was sitting for a while. So the previous owner bought a cheap battery to replace it. Could it be cos of the el cheapo battery couldnt handle 1st starts? Also the light switch behind the gear stick one is for the lower inner light on the front bar and when you press is towards the back which light should be on? cos nothing is coming on.... is that for the outside light on the front bar? Thanks

I had a look a few times and cant find it on the rear of the engine where it meets with the gearbox. I cant see a big 2 or cant tell if theres more number hard to see, near the front passenger side near the turbo any help please???
